Wyndham Garden Oklahoma City Conference Ctr/Airpt/Bricktown

This place was NASTY. Room smelled of black mold with actual black mold on walls. Came back to room to discover a thick skunk **** smell in our room. There were also other questionable drug toxin smells the first evening we were there. Bed was held together with duct tape. Staff offered us room spray . Pool area is nasty with a thick film on top of water and ceiling tiles falling down. People openly walking around smoking *****, vaps, and cigarettes. Told the staff about the people they did nothing and clearly knew who was doing it because they names the people. People live long term in this hotel. Parking lot is super sketchy and we thought we would get broken into. People hanging around looking at vehicles. The staff offered us a "suite" but it was disgusting and smelled of an old ashtray and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. They told us they would refund us and we still haven't been refunded. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!!! Only added two photos but there was more mold and dead bugs.

Overall good price decent buffet breakfast soft towels and bed outstanding service at the front desk.Air conditioner would not allow to go below 73 degrees.Pool was not so warm overall a good price. I would recommend for a sort stay. Many channels on the television

No towel available and no wireless .i only book with this hotel because it had breakfast included and wireless internet. But had experiences problems with getting breakfast in the morning..

Shady people staying there. Mold in the room and needs to be cleaner. It was to be a “pay at the front desk” reservation and I was charged before I arrived and we wanted to pay cash since it was three people splitting the bill. The hotel worked it out, but now I am not trusting Hotwire.

Rude service check in .. slightly dirty… pool ice cold I won’t book here again when I can pay $20 more for a better hotel just 2 hotels down the road where my daughter and her husband was staying … there’s lots of room for improvement at this hotel

Rude staff on 3-11 shift 11-7 shift was great took me three plus hours to check in not enough towels ac wasnt cold a d breakfast ******
