They were always gone and so I couldn't check in.

It was fine. I didn’t have any issues I stayed to myself everything was fine

The room I was in was raggedy. The microwave glass was broken, and the hotel still have it in the room to be used. Everything is old and broken. The room need to be redid before they try and put a customer in it

My Husband, myself and a bunch of our Sisters and Brothers stayed here 2 nights, and it was amazing. Rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. All the Ladies that worked there are super nice. Well worth the money. They even had make your on waffles for breakfast.

The property is in a rough neighborhood. It felt unsafe. Although we did not have any trouble. Many of the electrical outlets did not work. The furnishings were old and didn't feel clean. The air conditioner was difficult to run and keep at a constant temperature.

There's a really good reason this place has a such a bad star rating... their customer service is exceptionally AWFUL! They basically stole $300 on a prepaid reservation because they wouldn't accept my State Issued ID in lieu of a driver's license. I prepaid the reservation last minute, so the only option was for a non-refundable reservation. I can understand if we changed our mind and didn't want to stay there - but not letting us check in after we already paid is nothing short of robbery! I hope you will reconsider making a reservation at this dump!

I just want to say that the two women that work at front desk were absoutely amazing.Very friendly and welcoming.The young man tho that works sunday mornings is not and is rude.Told me I couldnt stay anymore without reason even though I paid .If he had worked everyday in the morning I wouldnt have stayed as long as I did. Now to the room.There are roaches here and found a bed bug on one of the beds so i didnt sleep on the one closes to window. There were also roaches on the other bed, by the sink and all in bathtub. The bathtub clogs, and barely any water pressure. The bathtub and wall itself also has chipped paint which doesnt help with bathtub clogging. The bathtub was dirty and looked like someone had just bathed in it.The shower curtain had brown stains and can only image what those stains were.There were holes in blanket and stains on pillow cases, sheet and bed . A few times i got a "clean" towel that also had brown stains. On their site, they advertise rooms with a fridge and microwave but guess what no fridge or mircrowave.Also it says they have breakfast and again they dont have it either. I work 3rd shift so a few times when i didnt lock my door, housekeeping tried comming in.One of two times they knocked once before i could even get up because i get off at 6am so I was asleep, she opened the door. Lesson here to lock door and chain it because there is no privacy. There are homeless people outside that will stop you. one night one was banging on my door to come in because it was raining.And im sure there are drug dealing that go on here because i heard them and also the smell of **** was comming in from my room.Also they say on their site no animals.Well room next to me has a dog that would literally bark at all hours of the day especially when housekeeping came . Overal, if you want something cheap def go here if you have no OTHERS choices. If you do, def pick somewhere else because this hotel is like a third world country. People in prison live in better conditions than this.If I could give them zero stars I would .STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

My room had roaches and was outdated. It didn't look like it had been cleaned properly. The water pressure was great though and it was relatively cheap. The lady at check in was very nice and check out went smooth. Location was good.

Was a great place to stay. It was clean In the inside and no problems at all within the days we stayed. My wife and I were delighted to have this as stop along trip place to stay as this was last minute and cheap as we also received 15 percent off thanks to one of the service desk offering it.
