The best hotel ever!!! Everything is so well organised, they think of every detail, and very friendly atmosphere They didn't forget to wish me a happy birthday and make my day perfect! Definitely we are coming back soon:) Love from Macedonia

It's the first time I'm coming to this hotel and it's really nice,big sea view,direct access for the beach,big bridge at the beach ⛱️ Rooms are clean and neat with seaview. The food are delicious and there are various kinds of food, fruits, snacks and drinks.

Resort just beside the sea but no other interesting sites in 30km range. Good for families with kids. At least 90% of guests were Russians, so very little cultural variety... PROS: good food variety, food is tasty. Big enough territory to fit many people, good range of organised activities. Staff generally polite, helpful, except the guy in the spa reception. CONS: twice there was no hot water in the morning in the shower. My sister had the same issue in her room too. Pillows way too big and uncomfortable, asked few times for thinner pillows, didn't get them, they probably don't have them. Creepy, unpleasant and very pushy receptionist at the spa (the curly short one). Wouldn't give me a beach towel without trying to sell a massage each single time, even if I already had a massage there, but he wouldn't remember that. Was rude to me once for absolutely no reason. Disappointing quality of the coctails. My partner kept ordering the same coctail from the menu (not the free ones), there was no consistency in quality and they were getting progressively worse even after tipping staff. I was there on October Spend great time the hotel is big and clean the beach also big and relaxing some of the staff very kind some not so kind but never rude ,food was okej . the only thing I did not like there is was not free Wi-Fi on the rooms , a great place over all not disappointed I would go again

Our time at the hotel was very good. Food at the hotel was very good , especially at dinner which was different every night. Both Badji & Fadi were very helpful in advising us on what services would be helpful with us and also very friendly also. Would recommend
