Delphin Deluxe Resort

The jewellery shop in the basement of the hotel lobby was really good. The Delphin Imperial hotel had a few shops in the walkway to get to the pools and among them was a little jewellery shop. The man and lady in there were really lovely. Didn’t try the hard sell. If you asked how much some thing was they would tell you straight away without giving loads of bs before finally getting to the price. Happy to let you touch things and try things on again with out any hard sell.we looked at things in the shop almost every day. They were more than happy to have us go in no pressure. Lovely friendly people. We did, on the last day go in and bought a few things. 2 watches among them and they fitted them and removed links and fitted again not extra cost and straight away. Brilliant service! If all shops were like that in turkey id be back more and more. But sadly I feel this was an exception.

There were some good points and bad at the hotel. If you are travelling out of the UK then be prepared for very little English spoken, the guests here are predominantly German. Really don’t get the sunbed war scenario but this is very real here, we were here during peak time so unless you wanted to sit at the quiet pool you needed to be up sharp to get some towels down. The food at the buffet was pretty good with plenty of choices, the labelling was questionable though as we had a severe allergen sufferer with us we just had to be ultra cautious. A la carte restaurant were average to be honest, booking system really questionable again a queuing system. Biggest plus for this place is the staff although they really struggled with English most were happy to really engage and try and go the extra mile for you. I actually want to rate as 3.5 stars as not quite 4 but not as low as 3.

This has got to be the best hotel we have ever stayed at!!!! The service was impeccable! Each member of staff I came across was courteous, helpful and would go out of their way to provide you with an outstanding service. For example my daughter became ill during our stay with an ear infection. She was seen straight away by a doctor in the facility, she was visited by the manager to check on her wellbeing and to top it off the receptionist got her prescription delivered to the hotel for us…. The rooms are cleaned immaculately and each day we had a different towel decoration on our beds. The staff continuously clean around the pool lifting your glasses to even clear away any little spillages. There are hotel managers present everywhere keeping on top of everything!!! You don’t need to take towels as these are provided fresh on a daily basis and you can even go down at 10am and get a sunbed! Great bonus!! The food was lovely and always fresh with many sections of choice that no one could complain and the selection of ala carte restaurants was a great touch. I would recommend the Chinese one especially! There are fridges around the complex with bottled water and other beverages, as well as your mini fridge topped up daily with a selection of drinks and nibbles. The entertainment staff work hard and my daughter loved taking part in all the activities. She especially loved the Candy Land Party!!! I literally can’t fault any aspect of it especially when you are lying on your sunbed getting cocktails and ice creams delivered by waiters on skates!! All I can say is book and you will not be disappointed. I would recommend booking a private transfer for quickness and booking a side sea view or sea view.

Beautiful place, beautiful people, gorgeous food and great views. I will repeat this beautiful experience every time when I will have the chance. I will go back with pleasure and new hopes. I'm sure that will find more surprises. I recommend with confidence!

It’s been an amazing stay, the hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is amazing and a lot to choose from. They also have a lot of options for baby food as well. Rooms are super clean and spacious, beds super comfortable. I’m doing to come back for sure.

Excellent holiday! Spacious family rooms. Heated indoor and outdoor pool - essential in early April. Junior club for older children didn’t get going until later in April, but there was enough to keep the kids interested without. Facilities meticulously cleaned and staff are friendly catering to your every whim! Food is outstanding and a la carte dining is a nice feature. We loved it!
