It has been a great stay from day one, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, the facilities are great and very suitable for families and couples alike. The food is great and varied, the water park is so much fun, the entertainment is very nice, and the kids club is just perfect. Special thanks to Mr. Emre, Ms. Cansu, and Mr. Ozden.

Otel konum olarak kolay erişilebilir bir yerde. Girdiğiniz andan itibaren Cansu Hanım sizinle birebir iletişime geçiyor herhangi bir aksaklık olursa anında çözüyor. Odalar güzel yeterli büyüklükte. Yemekler ortalama üstünde güzel ve çeşit bol. Havuzlar yeterli büyüklükte kapalı havuz olanağı da mevcut. Alkol çeşidi gerçekten çok fazla ve bar personeli sizi kırmamak adına bir bardak dahi içecek olsanız şişeyi açıyorlar ve ikram ediyorlar. Bir kez daha gelecek olsam bu bölgedeki yegane tercihim bu otel olacaktır

We stayed briefly for 5 days on the fifth floor with views out to the sea. The apartment had twin bedrooms with a double and twin beds and comfortably accommodated us three. The minibar was replenished daily and the room was cleaned daily. The rooms and bathroom were equipped to a high standard. The hotel had two main restaurants and a third (Carpe Diem) which catered for guests 24/7 with a basic ala care menu. There were two specialist restaurants which we avoided as they didn’t resonate with our palate. The restaurants offered a wide range of food which satisfied the vegetarians in our group. There were three beach bars and a hotel bar that offered a diverse range of cocktails. The two large pools and the children’s and adults water parks were brilliant and kept young and old entertained. The waiter on skates delivered drinks that could be ordered from the beach sun lounger but service was slow. Kamila in Guest Relations sought us out and ensured we had a wonderful stay. The TUI website incorrectly stated that the hotel had tennis courts and we had travelled with our rackets hoping to get some play. When we raised this issue with Kamila, she arranged for us to use the court is a nearby hotel. If there was one negative point that would be the shingle beach which tempered our enjoyment of the sea. However I would still highly recommend this hotel - it is modern, well equipped and pleasant.

I had the pleasure of spending 10 days at the Kirman Leodikya Resort with my family. The hotel impresses from the very first moment – the huge dandelions in the lobby make an amazing impression. Every staff member we encountered was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is also exceptionally clean. My mother-in-law noticed this when my daughter was running around the hotel in white socks, and they didn't get dirty at all. In addition to the buffet, the hotel has three à la carte restaurants. For lunch, there’s no need to return to the main building, as one of the restaurants by the pool opens a buffet and serves delicious dishes. The waiting staff, regardless of age, were always charming and polite, making sure we always had drinks on hand. Every day by the pool, there were organized activities, games, and various types of aerobics. I was able to relax, enjoy the view of the beautiful, warm sea, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. I am very satisfied with my stay!

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Very clean, great range of food, friendly staff, great beach and great facilities. I honestly can’t fault it. The entertainment is a mixed bag, dancers, acrobats, best couples competition. I’d advise taking sea shoes for the beach. It’s stoned as you get in but the sea is so warm!! And there’s a pontoon which you can swim up to and jump off. Great fun. The slides are good fun too but they could do with more rubber dinghies as it was a bit of a battle for one at the bottom of the slide but you only need them for one of the 7 slides.

Everything was wonderful! excellent staff, excellent food, wonderful service. We had it all, from cleanliness 10/10 to great daytime activities at the pool, even archery! The water park is wonderful for the family, and the beach is super close, made like a Lagoon. I also went to the Al Carte Lobster restaurant and everything I ate was more than excellent, well worth it. Bazaars and souvenir shops are really close to the hotel ( like 10 min the grandest bazar ) , but they also have like a small boutique inside of it. The hotel shares the garden with the associate Kirman Arkadya, there were small problems for the extra trips, because some messed them up, but I can't offer less for the mistake of others. I would definitely go back to feel like last week, for sure my problem was with the gentleman from darts who stole my points But I forgave him! I win next time:

My friends chose this place and I'm really glad they did. There were a lot of fun activities all day long. We had the most fun here out of all our trips. There were a large range of beverages and the food was delicious. We didn't spend much time in our room but it was spacious and clean. The hotel assigned a personal assistant to us and she was really helpful throughout our vacation. Also, the staff was really friendly. Overall it was a great experience.

We had a first class experience at this hotel. The staff were amazing and always very welcoming and accommodating for us and our 3 boys. The food was excellent and lots of choice for everyone. There was so much variety of food and would recommend to view the selection of food before piling up your plate. Special shout out to Hakan the senior manager and Rambo in the entertainment team who made our experience very memorable. The kids had so much to do and would recommend the kids darts (most) morning at 10:30z. The games room in the other hotel is better for teenagers with pool tables , video game consoles and lots more if the heat is too much for them during the day. Football every day at 4pm and beach bar showing sports on the big screen was a good too. The cocktail selection is endless and recommend the lobby bar for a good night cap. The hotel is very clean with a change of towels everyday if you leave them in a pile for them to be changed. If you like a good dance in the evening then the event area had live bands and dj’s every night with a good variety of English and Turkish music. The staff also invited us to a dinner at the steak a la carte restaurant which was a great touch. This is definitely a 5 star hotel and would come again. Thank you for a very memorable holiday xx

I've been home a week and already missing this place. Beautiful at every turn and so much to do. Very clean and staff all very friendly. Depsite any language barriers management were always keen to help and resolve any issues. Food was great, and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard and mini bar stocked daily. The entertainment of a night was great fun and relaxed. I did not have a sea view, however I was on the fourth floor and overlooking some amazing views. I would definitely revisit given the opportunity
