Apartments are clean with up-to-date amenities. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. The staff is friendly and helpful and management will go the extra mile to make your stay a wonderful one.

These Apartments do not have any of the facilities stated on Tripadvisor, there is no pool , no spa, no shops, the bus is a long walk from the site and is very infrequent the distance to walk to Olbia or the nearest beach is too far and too dangerous for anyone. The apartment is sparsely equipped for self catering but is the only option as there are no restaurants whatsoever nearby. If your happy to spend your evenings in the apartment with a bottle of wine and cooking for yourself from the supermarket a half hour walk with wild rabid dogs blocking your way then enjoy. Hiring a Car is your only option but is expensive and the roads are not busy but difficult to navigate lots of spaghetti junctions everywhere. If your flight is delayed as ours was and you arrive after 19.00 hrs be prepared to have no help from anyone the telephone number provided won’t answer I tried to arrange check in from 10.00 the morning of arrival as advised we arrived at 22.00 hrs and after numerous wassap calls and messages we still had no idea where we were staying or how to access our apartment. Needless to say I won’t be returning here. I might add that when we asked for a kettle and an iron they were provided promptly and the grounds are kept well but the apartment was not clean enough and we were greeted after every thing else with a toilet disgustingly skidd marked throughout. Ughh.

Una stella per questo "residence" è anche troppo, se volete passare una terribile vacanza allora questo posto fa per voi. SPORCO, PIENO DI FORMICHE APPENA FUORI DALLA CASA, spazzatura nel passaggio di accesso degli appartamenti, io e la mia fidanzata ogni volta che passavamo per i cassonetti dovevamo tapparci il naso. Durante il primo giorno di vacanza verso sera, ci accorgiamo che la finestra del bagno è rotta e quindi non si chiudeva in nessun modo, perciò ci siamo rivolti alla signora della reception dicendole che con la finestra che non si chiude non ci sentiamo al sicuro e chiunque potrebbe entrare, fatto sta che ci ha risposto dicendo che non ci entrerebbe nemmeno un bambino, quando invece ci saremmo passati io e mia morosa insieme. Oltre alla finestra pure la lavatrice non funzionava e quindi non abbiamo nemmeno potuto lavare la roba se non a mano. Oltre a tutto questo il letto al nostro arrivo era sporco e puzzolente, composto da due materassi che si muovevano e ci impediva di dormire vicini. EVITATE QUESTO POSTO PERCHE VI ROVINA LA VACANZA.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel mese giugno, come l'anno scorso. Ma mentre nel 2023 abbiamo avuto un bilocale quasi perfetto e con tutti i confort, quest'anno ci è capitato un'appartamento un po' trasandato. Comunque sia, pensiamo di tornare l'anno prossimo, magari chiedendo l'appartamento migliore. Cio' non toglie che la persona addetta alla reception è stata gentile e molto attiva, risolvendo piccoli problemi e comunicando in modo tempestivo.

Il mio ragazzo ha prenotato qui poiché era l'unico posto che poteva prenotare con un voucher datogli. Sembrava carino, in foto. Il verde, difatti lo è. Ma poi basta. Iniziamo dicendo che il check in iniziava dalle 16, e ci stava fila. Abbiamo aspettato e ci abbiamo messo tantissimo. In quella zona non c'è campo, quindi ci danno il wifi. Peccato che dopo un po' smette di funzionare. Ci viene chiesto, se mai avessimo usato la cucina, di pulirla prima di andare via. Ma davvero???? Cioè vado in vacanza, e devo pulire io prima di andare via? Ma chi si occupa di pulire, quindi, la cucina non la fa? (Anche perché nel lavandino c'era un capello!). Andiamo in bagno... vicino alla finestra un'ape morta appiccicata che stava lì da almeno 2 giorni. E vabbè. Passiamo alla stanza da letto, carina. Peccato che il letto è tipo inutilizzabile? Materasso del 50 credo, tant'è che avevamo mal di schiena dopo la prima notte, cuscini assurdi, appiattiti, e anche qui dei capelli sulle lenzuola. È stato un disastro! Anche perché, per arrivare alla camera di notte, non c'era manco tanta illuminazione!!!!! Bocciatissimo!!!!

Pas mal… Ceci est plutôt un appart hôtel, le ménage n’est pas fait tous les jours à moins de payer un supplément… L’accueil est très bon mais attention la réception est fermée de midi à 16.00!!! Résidence pratique si vous avez une voiture car le parking est gratuit. Mais il est situé a côté d’une zone industrielle. Résidence neuve mais il ne faut pas regarder les détails (porte fenêtre qui ne se verrouille pas, literie de très mauvaise qualité, chauffe eau qui fait un bruit insupportable…)
