The room we stayed in, WS10, had not been vacuumed. The noise level from the other guests were awful, we heard EVERYTHING. The stairs to get up to the room were uneven and loose and the decking and even the room had huge sloping aspects. Made you feel unsafe.

Traveling with a pet
We traveled to Maine for my birthday and brought our pet, King with us. They all were very kind and welcoming towards King as well as us. We had a great view of the ocean. And the waitress at breakfast was awesome. All in all a great experience.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean but the bathroom is small and no place to hang coats.

The beds looked comfortable, but they were not and neighbors. Upstairs kept us awake all night long last night. And when we went to the pool area, there's a big sign that says, no drinks. And yet, there was a soda machine in there and somebody left a beer. That still had beer in the can in there. Shut the pool was heated, but it was very cold. There was soda all over the chairs. We couldn't sit and not one of them without cleaning them. And I would provide towels in the pool area. Other than that very nice area, very clean rooms and people who are very, very friendly and very nice.

Only complaint I have after my stay is there was no hot water for a shower. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The location was beautiful but there was a mix-up with my reservation but the owner changed our room for the last 2 nights of our stay. The mattresses were very uncomfortable in both rooms and should be replaced. I found it difficult to control the temperature in the room as well. The bathroom design is awkward as the toilet is in the way of the shower. The floors were damaged, sink was cracked and it seems like they need to spend some time and money on repairs.

The rooms were very clean and warm. Outside I found people need to clean up after their pets specially when there are small children around otherwise it was a pleasant day. You could hear the ocean from your room. Just wish it had been better weather.

What a treat this stay was! The front desk ladies were very nice, my daughter and I even received an upgrade because it was available. The room was adorable, with views of the beach right from our bed. I am so glad we picked Aloutte, we will definitely return!

When we arrived we were upgraded to a room facing the beach at little cost which was an amazing view. The staff was so friendly and inviting!
