Everything fine except for the check in.
Hotel insisted that the rooms had not been paid for in advance and that to gain access i would have to pay at the desk
I have therefore paid twice for the same booking
I have tried Premier Inns complaints line but end up in an endless wild goose chase and no help

The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet. I appreciated a cattle in the room and a possibility to have a decaf coffe with milk. I also appreciated the location, at the canal, great for morning walks, close to the bus and railway station. At the hotel, I felt safe and comfortable.

We had a great time here, the beds were comfortable and the staff were excellent. There is a car park on site £7 per day (which i thought was a bit expensive) its a good place to stay if your into Shakespeare The hotel is very central to town and its right on a canal.

When we arrived we were checked in by Owen who was very polite and informative. Later we had an evening meal in the hotel restaurant which was nice and reasonable priced. We were once more served by Owen who again was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and it was evident he was genuinely trying to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We were very impressed by his customer service.

Great newly refurbished rooms. No bath tubs! I would have preferred a bath, but the shower was fantastic if i'm honest. Friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend staying here. I didn't have dinner there, as i was out with friends, but it smelt lovely when i walked passed and the menu was very extensive.

Very comfortable room. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially James who went above and beyond. The food was great breakfast and evening meal. We took advantage of the meal deal which was great value. We requested extra pillows, which were brought straight up to our room. Beautiful little town. Great place to stay when visiting Warwick Castle

Fabulous hotel, perfect location for walking to prime sites. Excellent decor, purple touches, headboard,chairs, hairdryer, coat hangers bathroom light a cosmetic hit. Fantastic nights sleep, bed and pillows another hit, they never fail. Parking, Food and staff faultless, would stay again and others should too.

Great room after revamp. It's our second time going.will go again. Near everything that we needed.staff are great .food is great also.def recommend to any one to go for a great break.. 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😉😀😀😀😀😉
