This hotel is absolutely brilliant the rooms are huge and spotless. The food is really really good and that comes from someone that is very fussy. My only complaint is that in the inside bar you only get plastic glasses I cannot understand why this is the case. The bar staff say it’s because there is children in the area, but unless they are climbing over or dancing on the tables I cannot see the logic in this arrangement. I have never been to a hotel that as ADULTS you have to use plastic glasses on a evening in the inside bar

First time here & wow what a special Hotel this is. Warm welcome on arrival, rooms are spotlessly clean and food & drinks are amazing - plenty of choice. Staff are polite, friendly & helpful with evening entertainment very good having something for everyone. Pool area having plenty of beds with shaded areas if required no wonder it's a hit for families (waterpark for youngsters) - if you haven't been yet stop scrolling & book !!

Just returned from a week at this hotel. It's our 4th time in 7 years. It is consistently excellent and we highly recommend it. All areas of the hotel are kept spotless by the hardworking cleaning staff. The grounds are kept immaculately by the gardening staff. All staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Reception staff very helpful with any queries. The one bedroom apartments are spacious, clean and have everything you need. The food is top class with an extensive choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant and also snack bar for other times. Special thanks to the manageress who promptly gave us an alternative apartment when we asked to be moved from the block by the kids waterpark. Also to the animation team for their enthusiasm and persuasive powers - Catia, Luna, Alejandro and the 'gregarious' Sara. Entertainment and activities on tap if that's what you're looking for. Plenty of lovely beaches within walking distance and lovely grounds if you just want to chill outside with a book. A massive thanks to all the hardworking staff.

It was our first time at this hotel and we loved the experience. The room is one of the best I have ever stayed in. The food is good but not impressive. The facilities are quite good but they are not prepared for rainy weather. The path from our room to the restaurant or bar we were constantly in the rain. We would like to highlight the kidsclub, which was a fantastic space for our daughter to play. We also participated in some animation activities and had a good time. We met the entertainer Luna and loved doing activities with her like bingo and sjoelbak. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. And the whole animation team was very energetic. We hope to return later this year. Fantastic hotel. We would like to come in better weather as the weather was bad when we were there.

On our last day here of a 5day stay. First time here after recommendation from a friend. 3rd time in Albufeira and would definitely come back here. The place is spotlessly clean, everyone is very friendly and the food has been great. I am a fussy eater but there's always been something different for me. Breakfast was amazing! Beds were very comfy, lovely view from the balcony. No fuss about us being early to arrive on the first day and not leaving until 5pm today. Nice enough walk to the beaches if you don't mind a hill. Evening music is good if a little loud. Only thing is that it would be nice to have a bar where kids aren't allowed as when they're still running around screaming at 10pm it would be nice to have somewhere to relax.

Just got back from a week at this hotel with my partner and our 17month year old little girl who absolutely loved her first time abroad. Where do I start this hotel was brilliant! Very clean rooms are cleaned everyday without fail and the apartments are very spacious. The hotel provide a free bottle of water for the room everyday. The food was really nice with a variety of selections and also themed nights. The waiters are fantastic and clear plates away fast and are very friendly while doing so. Every staff member at this hotel was just fantastic with our little girl. I read reviews before I went about pools being cold. They are fresh but perfect for cooling down after soaking up some sun it certainly wasn’t an issue for our daughter who loved swimming all day. The best bit about this hotel for me has to be the drink selection beer and cider on offer along with spirits etc. Even the soft drinks are the real deal with Fanta, Coke and sprite none of that cheap rubbish. Entertainment was enjoyable. Our little one really enjoyed the mini discos and we loved the Hollywood show on a Sunday. You can tell the amount of effort the team put into these shows and I take my hat off to them. I really don’t have any cons about this hotel it was a fantastic week and if we didn’t love travelling to different country’s so much I would be back next year! Who knows I’m sure I will be back in the future cause this place was the best I have been to yet!
