we have been scammed by the hotel. We paid for a superior double room and got an unrenovated standard double room with a view to the praking space, cobwebs in the wardrobe. Room is different the from the picture (floor, bathroom), it is next to the reception and it is noisy, we can hear all noises from the reception all night long. we asked reception to contact with manager but we can't and receptionist told usbto contact with the reservation place. Menager was supposed to be available after breakfast but was not. According to photos from the hotel website im sure what we got is unrenovated standard double. We try to contact with help center but they send all the time the same message that they can not help because the booking was made by another company -travel compass limited, for which there are no leads and a company with the same name based in Malta claims that it is not her. booking not responding, hotel manager not responding, their hotel company not responding. the hotel is cheating customers, photos of their standard and superior rooms on booking are photos of the same rooms, other than the one we received. I asked for and invoice and i was refused.
