So firstly I have to comment after reading Lynne Ks review. Not sure what her problem is but she’s a complete knobhead with her ridiculous comments, please ignore people!! This place is a absolute diamond, quiet, relaxing, clean, home from home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Nothing too much trouble, all staff were lovely and friendly and guests seems to return year on year which speaks volumes! Will defo return. Thank you for making our holiday perfect

If you want to stay in an old peoples home, then book this place. That is what our drab room smelt of. We arrived at midnight to find 2 teabags no milk or sugar on a dirty tray. Please see below picture. Needless to say we checked out the very next morning. Awful

We loved this small family run hotel clean and friendly with owner and staff really helpful. Myself and my friend came for a well earned rest everything was easily accessible from here so we enjoyed exploring the local areas.Good food in the area with plenty of choice. I would recommend a stay here anytime

This is one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in. The rooms are perfect and have everything you need including a hairdryer, TV, Air Con, Tea, kettle etc and towels. The shower/ bath was lovely & refreshing & the bed was comfy. We had a small balcony which the sun shone on from morning to evening. The towels were changed and room cleaned frequently throughout our 1 week stay. Breakfast was self service between 8.30 - 10am. It was a buffet breakfast with a selection of fruits, bread/toast, cereals, yoghurts, cake, tea/coffee, freshly squeezed oranges or juice/water from the machine. The pool area/sun lounge area was perfect and a real sun trap. Staff were very friendly & helpful, ( thank you Manesh). There was also ‘cat’ who was very friendly and lovely to see every day. The hotel is situated quite centrally to beaches which were a 15/20 minute walk as were the restaurants. We took a bus sightseeing tour which took us to see more of Albuferia and the surrounding areas. We visited the Gypsy Market, The Old Town and The Strip. All in all we had a wonderful holiday.

Wonderful small family run hotel. Quiet, adult only, friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. Perfect for a relaxing break. Central for trips to Albufeira/Faro Short walk to some beautiful beaches. Paulo went above and beyond for me, returning a dress I had left behind. I am so very grateful and amazed as he did this free of charge. I will definitely return.

This hotel is a gem. Second time here and won't be the last. Room had balcony, tea/coffee making facilities, air conditioning, fridge, hairdryer. Room cleaned everyday by two lovely ladies. Lovely restaurants and supermarket just a short walk away and taxi to the old town between 8/10 euros, obviously more choices to eat but those near the hotel were enough for us.Paul the owner very friendly and accommodating. We came for a quiet restful holiday which is what we got, we will be back.

A wonderful little Hotel in Olhos d'agua we have stayed here lot's of time's, Paulo is a first class host he will help with all your needs there is such a great atmosphere everyone is so chilled the Bar staff, Manish and of course Paulo, the two ladies who do the room's and breakfast (Continental) Clea and Alexandra are so so helpful in this little gem of a (Adults only) Hotel and it's close to the beaches, restaurants,shop's etc can't wait to return as Tina Turner said it's simply the best thanks guy's for everything

Absolutely the best hotel for R & R...perfect for my friend and myself. Small family run hotel, just a joy. Lovely housekeeping girls, they keep everywhere spotless. This was my first visit to Portugal, my friend had been a few times before. We were there on a breakfast only basis, it was delicious, plenty choices for continental breakfast. One afternoon we requested pizzas from the snack menu, wow, just the best. Also, one evening, we had burgers from same menu, so tasty. Hotel is in walking distance of lovely restaurants and a supermarket. We did eat local on couple of occasions, otherwise we ordered Uber for going into Albufeira Old Town to eat in one of the many fab restaurants there. Perfect sunbathing weather, towels for sun loungers are supplied if needed. I was sorry to leave that after our week was over. Big thank you to Manish and Paulo for all the help and advice, much appreciated. Oh and not forgetting Puss! Our welcome every morning from Puss was great, quite the wee character...

Small but friendly place that is quiet and spotlessly clean. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Room was good size and bathroom bigger than average with plenty of hot water and a good sized powerful shower. Pool is quite small but adequate for the number of guests. Our only slight disappointment was that there was not enough room round the pool for sunbeds. However there was a grassy area to the side which could be used but the beds there were quite close together. A small inconvenience compared to what was otherwise a very good stay.
