Private: natural state property 5'000 m2 with trees, meadow. Rowing boat. 800 m long very bumpy motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 20 km, bus stop 6.9 km, railway station "Karlshamn" 30 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 155 km, sandy beach 3 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km, lake Aborrasjön 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, fishing possibilities 1.5 km. "Röshult", 3-room house 80 m2. Cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with winter garden with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 2 beds. The cottage is located in the forest and is very cozy. Very well furnished. Everything was to our satisfaction

The property is in the middle of the forest. If you just want to switch off, this is the place for you. It takes half an hour to drive to the Baltic Sea. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. We can recommend it.
