Elangata Olerai Luxury Tented Camp

We had the pleasure of spending a few days at this incredible hotel, and it was an experience we will never forget. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with kindness and warmth that made us feel right at home. The food prepared by the chef was absolutely delicious and varied, with options for all tastes. And the best part is that they use fresh and local ingredients, which reflects in the flavor and quality of the food. But what really makes this hotel special is the company of the Maasai, who took care of us and taught us about their culture and traditions. It was a unique and enriching experience that allowed us to connect with nature and the local community. We also want to thank Peter, the hotel manager, for his kindness and hospitality. He made sure our stay was comfortable and that we enjoyed our vacation to the fullest. In short, this hotel is a true oasis in the middle of nature. The combination of the staff's kindness, the delicious food, the camping amenities, and the company of the Maasai makes it an unforgettable destination for any traveler looking for an authentic and enriching experience.

The camp’s location is perfect for watching the animals come close to the area. Our game drives were filled with excitement and some unforgettable moments with lions and zebras. The tents were spacious, and the entire camp felt in harmony with nature. Would love to return.

The rooms were cosy, the environment was preserved with the indeginous vegetation which made the xperience more beautiful. The staff were very friendly, very professional and were always available to assist even at night. Loved the privacy that each tent had and i also loved that they were not too far from each other. The food was also good but would appreciate more variety, exploring new places means exploring new foods for me too. But the meals were very delicious.
