I was staying in Olomouc for some time, and I stumbled upon this cute and charming small hotel on a Main Street (Denisova) in North of Olomouc (next to Museum). I had my breakfast there, and then decided to inquire about staying there for a week. The manager was very kind and he showed two rooms and the one I would likely get if I stayed. So I booked a one week stay there. There are so many people working to help ensure optimal service and satisfaction (from exceptional breakfast/cafe to attention to a pleasant experience). Every little corner in this tiny hotel is beautiful to look at with some historic artifacts. The garden outback is very nicely decorated with a serene feel. It is easy to spend time there working/enjoying a nice coffee and/or dessert. The croissant there was one of the best I have had. The rooms are probably different in style, but mine was cozy and charming. There is a bit of tram noise (if your room on street side), but if the windows are closed, you would be alright. The beds are very comfortable. I loved this place and I would return any time!

Miss Sophie's was a wonderful treat! The location was perfect, the service was excellent, the room was adorable, we loved it! We love staying in historic hotels and this one did not disappoint. As is to be expected in a historic building there was no elevator, being on the 3rd floor and carrying our luggage up was work. We did fine but I would caution anyone who struggles with stairs.

Amazing place, great location in the center of Olomouc, next to a museum. A bus stop only a couple of steps away. The room was really comfortable, spacious, and quiet. Excellent service. Delicious breakfasts in the cafe downstairs. We will be happy to come back!

We spent one night at Miss Sophie's hotel and it was great. The room was spacious and bright, we had a large bathroom. We had a very tasty breakfast downstairs in the cafe. All the staff people we met were very nice and smiley and made our stay very enjoyable. The location of the hotel is great, you are close to all the interesting places in the centre of Olomouc. When booking, count on the fact that there are only stairs to get to the rooms. :) For us it was no problem.

Miss Sophie’s in Olomouc was great. The team was responsive over email when I had questions about how to get to the location. When we arrived, they were very helpful. Most of the staff spoke excellent English and were able to help us out with everything we needed.
The room was very nice and spacious. It is easily the largest room we had in Czech (we stayed in apartments in Prague and Brno, and another hotel in Prague). They also allowed us to store our luggage before our train out of town, which was incredibly helpful! The food was also pretty good in the cafe.

Location to main square excellent. Historical theme very nice. Breakfast in cafe lovely. Amenities including fruit basket top notch. Shower large walk in. Bed comfy. Unfortunately, our room 2 in the front was noisy all night with the tram. Even ear plugs not enough to keep the loud rumble and loud people on the Main Street into the wee hours.

Olomouc the City and Miss Sophie's was a welcome relief after the mass of humanity experienced in Praha over Christmas. The rooms of this historic building (dating back to the 14 Century) are large and well featured, massive comfortable bed, nice bathrooms and everything you would expect in a modern 3/4 star hotel. The included breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was very good (especially the omelette). The only negative for some is there is no lift so you will need to carry your luggage up to your room via a narrow, ancient staircase.

We arrived in Olomouc by train. Took no X4 streetcar to the hotel. The hotel is very rustic and enhanced the experience of the historical downtown which is only a couple minutes walk. We checked in in the coffee shop next door.The young woman who took care of us was excellent and spoke very good English. The only thing I would caution light sleepers is the noise of the streetcars below but personally, it did not bother us.
