I really loved the vibe and scenery of the resort—it was such a relaxing place to stay. The room was perfect; everything was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. However, there were a couple of downsides. When we checked in, there was no WiFi, and we were informed that the internet provider had ongoing issues. Unfortunately, this wasn’t fixed throughout our stay. Additionally, the pool could use some improvement in terms of water clarity. The water appeared blurry and gray, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a great experience, but these small issues could be improved to make the stay even better.

We tried to cancel the booking since we’re sick. We submitted medical documents but the hotel didn’t take into consideration that my husband was covid positive. They would rather accept covid positive guests into their hotel.

Reception staff professional polite and friendly. While waiting for my room to be ready ( I was early) a large group of locals arrived and very demanding, in particular one lady who felt she was entitled and blaming receptionist for booking hic up, nt caring others where waiting. Receptionist handled the situation extremely professionally. Once they left she advised me that my room was ready and I thanked her and congratulating her for dealing with the situation calmly and professionally which she appreciated. Pool is small, with no shade, only a few tables, the bar area being small. A couple of tables near by and area to eat inadequate once again lacking tables. Breakfast was adequate yet basic. This group, previously mentioned, just took over with no consideration for others, in recreational areas Beach was closed to stingers. Location was good however I don't think I stay here again due to limited amenities.

Great location with very friendly employees. Butvthe rooms where outdated and a lot of things are broken or loose. Decent pool but this place doesn't match the price I paid.

We had a pleasant stay at icove for 3 days 2 nights, but there were expectations not met. First, they have limited parking slots in the area. Though I was advised that they have another parking space. I'm just not sure where it is located. Second, the pool is very small. Third, they do not accept credit cards and/or gcash payments. And last but not the least, our room (210) was old. The tv is not smart and has limited channels, the key card is not working so we were given a key instead. There were mosquitos in the room, the drainage of the shower area is clogged (it drains very very slow). This resort needs to be updated and renovated. But all their staff are super super nice!!

This place is perfect to relax, not overpriced like most in the area, no fridge in room was a minus, however facilities were good, pool was overlooking the bay, walk down 5 steps airs from pool and your on nice clean beach with many activities

I really had a wonderful stay here at Icove. Staff are very accommodating and attentive. The location is wow. See you again on my next trip❤️

Just so so…

It's an OK hotel, but there was not much for amenities, and they don't provide cleaning services every day. I like to take my shoes off in the room, but there were no slippers. The floor got very dirty because we were so close to the beach. The atmosphere was very good though, and the food was very tasty. This is one of the better resort hotels in Barreto, but I wish they cleaned the rooms daily. I still recommend it, though.
