Oludeniz Turquoise Hotel - All Inclusive

I’m deeply disappointed with my stay at Turquoise, not only due to the injury my child sustained but also because of the hotel's complete lack of accountability or willingness to resolve the situation. While staying at the hotel, my 7-year-old son was sleeping in a bed that, unbeknownst to us, had a bed base that was too small for the mattress. In the middle of the night, my son turned over in his sleep, causing the mattress to tip off the bed base. He fell and hit his head, cutting it open badly enough that we had to rush him to the hospital. The injury required medical attention and left us with a bill of £500 for the emergency treatment! When we reached out to the hotel about the incident, hoping they would take responsibility or at least cover the medical costs, they were completely unhelpful. Instead of offering any form of assistance, they dismissed the matter saying it was the child's fault despite video and photo evidence to the contrary. They have essentially ignored the issue and left us with the financial and emotional burden of a preventable accident. It’s incredibly frustrating and concerning that a hotel would overlook such a basic safety issue, especially when children are involved. Not only did we pay for a stay that caused harm to my child, but we’ve also been left dealing with the aftermath as he was unable to get his head wet - no pool or sea for 2 days.

The hotel we stayed in was Turquoise hotel in Turkey. It was about 10 minute from the beach and 5 minutes from the main shops. One thing we would highly recommend in the hotel is the Thai massages as the worker was amazing, the main person who sold it to us was called Adam. Also the lady's that gave us the massage was world class. It worked out 8500 lira which is about £150 for all 3 of us for an hour but you would pay more in the UK for this. Alltogether the people are nice, food is lovely. We would 100% go again.
