Orka Sunlife Resort Hotel and Aquapark

酒店地理位置有點偏，房間真的真的真的很小，但服務人員還算是很熱情，因為是全包酒店，一日三餐都在酒店解決了，娃衹要有水玩倒也不會覺得無聊。中國人很少，比較多歐美人來度假的。酒店設計很不合理，電梯衹能到5樓，但我們的房間在6樓。洗澡的下水有點問題，反正就是漏的衞生間一地水。

Not quite a 5* hotel. Upon arriving our room was not clean and had a drain smell in the bathroom- we could see marks all over the surfaces. Hot water constantly kept going off. The whirlpool bath was broken upon arrival- we had to raise this issue multiple times as no one came to fix the first time. We were without the whirlpool bath for x2 days of our stay- something in which we paid for. Our own personal towels were taken during our stay. Food got a bit repetitive over the few days, I found myself not wanting anything after a while as it became boring. Could’ve done with service around the pool for drinks. Shoutout to the entertainment team and a special shoutout to Victoria - she was amazing and really made the trip better for us ! Overall I don’t think I’d be back unfortunately.

Having upgraded to a large standard room from standard room we were very disappointed at the size and cleanliness of room on arrival at 04.30 . Next morn went for shower , no hot water . Went reception down the numerous steps you have to navigate when small lift is broken which is quite regular to be told someone would come and sort water and clean room. Got back to room late afternoon after being around the large pool and nobody had cleaned or sorted water 😕 . Went reception again to ask for another room , none available but then told I could upgrade to superior room for extra £40 a night , me thinks this is done on a regular basis. As I was leaving the manager came over , I explained the situation. Dirty room , no hot water for 2 days by this time and a very upset wife who wanted to go home. At this point the manager said we can upgrade you tomorrow at no extra cost if you give hotel good review but it is near the top of the steps. I went and looked at room and decided the steps situation was worth the hassle as new room at least had hot water. The beds are also very, very hard.I had to go in middle of night to a store room in our block and get 4 dirty mattress toppers to try n get a little comfort.No entertainment at all on night for adults the wk we stayed. All in all don't go this hotel unless you book at least a superior room and are quite fit n willing to climb nearly 200 steps to get to the top when the lift breaks, you have been warned . Positives, the pool area is nice ,staff try their best to keep you upbeat . Food OK.

Just returned home from a magical week stay at the Orka sunlife hotel and resort. This was my 5th visit, but my 1st as a single parent with my 3 children. I had booked the superior family room, but on arrival was informed that they had upgraded us to a luxury hottub room which was a lovely surprise. The room was devine, with comfy beds, aircon, a luxury hottub, all toiletries included and a view to die for. The food was amazing as always, with lot's of choice and always fresh. I like how they now have the patisserie and jacket potato/ turkish wrap cafe and snack bar, meaning they serve food pretty much all day (11.30-12 and 5-7pm were the only hours food was unavailable). Drinks are 24hrs and there is lots of choice, especially cocktails, with the baileys iced coffee and pina colada being my favourites 😋. The reception staff were super helpful, special mention to Anes/Enes who took care of us on arrival and dealt with the couple of issues/enquires I had swiftly (missing pillows sent within 15 mins and a faulty hottub switch fixed in 30 mins). The restaurant and bar staff were super attentive and we never waited very long to be served. Entertainment staff were great especially Arina (what a beautiful soul she is ♥️). Cleaner lady was lovely with high standards and checked in every morning to see if we needed the room cleaning. Pool was always clean and lifeguards very friendly and attentive, even though you did had to be up early to get a decent sunbed as some people were laying towels out late at night. Not a problem for me as I was up at 7am to take advantage of the very well equipped gym which was also ran by a friendly guy who was always happy to help. Me and my kids had the most relaxing and fun holiday and will definitely be back again. Thank you again for a great holiday.
