Alize Hotel Oludeniz - All Inclusive

I have just returned from the Alize, I have been to this hotel many times in the last 20 years. The location is fantastic for Olu Deniz. I am a solo traveller and felt very comfortable a special mention to guvenc and ahmet who checked in on me everyday making sure I was well looked after and was very appreciated, as for rest of the staff and entertainment team they were very friendly. Rooms are basic but comfortable, a good variety of food I will definitely be returning!!!

Lovely staff, super friendly, the room was nice and the hotel is right down the road from all the stores, the food was decent, the snack bar was good where you could order food such as chips, burgers and pizza. Also ice cream! Had such a lovely time there, the entertainment team were all great!

How this can have a 4 Star rating is beyond me. Such a shame as the location is perfect. 1. Staff were sullen, and generally unhelpful and disinterested. 2. All inclusive food was disgusting! Generally cold or luke warm, open to the elements and a bit of a joke when paying for a 4 star package. Drinks were vile and bar/hotel closed at 11pm. 3. Was able to book (through love holidays) a room that actually doesn’t exist!!! Booked and paid for a superior twin room, ended up with a basic room, no real apology and no facilities to make tea! Love Holidays customer service is shocking! I would never return to this hotel. Oludeniz however is breathtaking!

I think this hotel should be a 3 star not a 4 Disappointed there is no kettle cups or glasses in the room We booked a superia room but it was quite basic The food is not it's best Needs to be improved not a lot of choice very similar food if you don't like salad then you would be hard pushed to eat anything Little information to what is in the dishes that have been prepared Hotel and pool area very clean Staff seem friendly Went with easyJet no rep at hotel just a barcode to access things The internet was not at its best But we were told that the line had been dug up and waiting for better connection . Hence we could not access barcode !!! Area good nice walk to the beach

We had no issues with this hotel or location apart from the ladies hotel toilets that’s it! Theees a pool food a room and the shops bars and beach is a two minute walk. Hotel staff work hard for little wages they are friendly polite and helpfull. Food was different each night with plenty to offer if you use your imagination you can make plenty of meals out of the food provided! It’s not the ritz but it has everything you need for £500 each all in ya can’t really moan! Ignore all the negative comments just go there and see for yourself. Don’t have high expectations just take advantage of the fact that your on holiday the weathers amazing and you have everything you need as well as the blue lagoon wich is a 10 minute walk! All you do at the hotel anyway is eat swim drink and sleep so just enjoy it we don’t all get the chance to go on holiday some people have never left there town so feel lucky to have the chance to be in a beautiful country be fed and waters and to feel safe and looked after. Dont expect to much life isn’t always plain sailing and nothings perfect. Make happy memories and focus on the positives thanks to all the staff for a lovely week but please my only negative can the ladies toilets have bins with lids on so we don’t have to look at what’s inside thanks again w miss it already remember don’t be to fussy and don’t worry it’s fine xx

Me and my friend stayed here for five nights. It was pretty average. Food wise it was average. We didn’t eat anything at breakfast as it wasn’t our taste but lunch and dinner we had lots There are chef cooking meats at dinner however we noticed that there were dinner leftovers the next day for lunch like pizza, pasta, vegetables, prawns (frozen for sure, you would expect fresh fish seeing as the hotel is close to the sea). The bar was fine. You had to pay extra for cocktails though but you could get spirits and fruit juice off the all inclusive bar and make them yourself so do not pay extra for cocktails. We saw lots of people making them themselves which was a laugh. A massive problem is the Wi-Fi even the receptionists said to us that they had a known big problem with the Wi-Fi. You could only connect to it around the pool and in reception area (1 bar though) and we couldn’t get any Wi-Fi in the rooms. Some of the guests told us to buy Mr hotspot Wi-Fi for £5 a day so I would recommend getting a dongle instead of using the hotel Wi-Fi as it’s practically non-existent. Its 2024 i dont understand how their wifi was so bad. The sunbed the morning was great. There was free sunbeds all day - we went down at 11 one morning and we got sunbeds so that was perfect. Room was okay. The vent in the bathroom was practically like a hole in the wall so you could hear everything that was going on. It was loud at night, doors banging and people shouting in the morning. The Aircon smelt like smoke so I think the filter probably had to be changed it was a bit noisy too. It was cheap, had stunning view and we had a nice holiday, but we wouldnt return.
