good environment. very quiet. good to heal. the meal is nice. the tea and sake experience is special and remarkable. also the morning exercise is so fun hahaha. but there is too little drinking water in the room.

Amazing hotel with top notch service, facilities and food. The outdoor onsen looks directly out to the snow mountain, and we had snow whilst we stayed—magical feelings when you are in the onsen and snow falls on top of you! Highly recommend.

I am highly recommended to the couple and family stay with this hotel The check-in is very personal, room set up are incredible. All the staff are very nice, helpful and professional. The food was great in all seasonal dishes. The dish presentation is like a piece of art. The Osen facility is cozy and nice. You can't miss the outdoor osen with the nature

Superb hotel living up to the KAI experience - Will go again!

The room is well designed and it is perfect for family trip. Onsen is nice too, especially for the outside one. I love the food, the service, and the staff of the hotel, which will wipe all the tiredness gained from climbing Tateyama.

Overall very good service. The food there was great also. The only issue was the hot water at the on Sen was not hot enough and the dining area is quite loud; baby crying, foreigner shouting.

酒店服務沒有特色或亮點 平淡無奇 信州會席和早餐都是很簡單的食材 味道也很一般 沒有出彩的地方。而且量非常少。 環境還可以 温泉也一般般 沒有驚艷

這種酒店應該接送的，夏天取消了。大堂的當地體驗活動不錯。

服務質量很棒，整體環境很舒服！一泊兩食，食物很棒，尤其晚餐每一道菜都有很細心的服務人員講解，全部都是利用在地食材很好吃！溫泉時間也很棒！

很期待的一家酒店，在長野，包車過去的，很安靜的地方，酒店的後面就是一塊可以玩雪的地方，很平坦，可以堆雪人。 房間很不錯，晚餐也好吃，贊一個。

酒店服務人員不是很好，幫着訂接駁車，開始説定好，後來告訴沒有了，讓訂出租車。接待時也不提醒到滑雪場的事情。下午後烤包子形式大於內容。 打掃房間要求換同樣大小的衣服，結果還是一大一小，然後還有衹給了一件外衣，感覺服務不進行溝通。吃的內容挺多，但一般吧，也是形式大於內容。這樣級別的酒店，mini bar竟然收費。退房時，工作人員感覺數學能力差，明明應該退1000，結果衹退了900日元，算不清楚帳

自駕的話，很推薦。公共交通的話，就略有些不便。因為酒店現在沒有接送車輛了。周邊步行距離都比較荒涼，也沒有温泉街可以逛。夏天也不能滑雪，純粹是安靜度假。早餐，晚餐，還可以。活動就是，下午吃包子，晚上喝清酒，不會日語的話去了會有點尷尬。

來白馬滑雪，應該是當地住宿條件最好的酒店了。服務很不錯，貼心周全。房間寬敞舒適，還可以看到雪山。屋內就有温泉，對公共浴室感到尷尬的人很友好。（但我很推薦這家的大浴場，清晨面對雪山泡澡，非常舒適）餐食也很豐富，我住了四晚，每天都不重樣。 酒店可以預約去白馬五龍雪場的巴士，預留座位，也有專門的乾燥室存放雪具，很方便。 特別喜歡地爐區，每天都提供烤野菜丸子，熱清酒，紅豆湯，雪天窩在地爐邊吃東西，暖暖的，非常棒！ 推薦！

附近最好的酒店。温泉和食物都很好。就是地方不是很大，設施也不算多。去滑雪大概要半個小時，路程不近。🧑🧑🧒
