Etosha Trading Post

Conveniently located close to the Anderson Gate and much nicer and cheaper than the campsites in Etosha. Campsites top and very clean. The campsite has also a pool and a waterhole.

Super clean camp thank you for the "build-in" braai addition and the recent renovation done. Your campsite is highly recommend.

We stopped by for a quick bite and to refuel during our road trip, and we were pleasantly surprised by how good the burger was—delicious, fresh, and well-prepared! While waiting for our food, we explored their souvenir shop located on the second floor. The shop had a nice variety of items, and we were happy to find that the prices were quite reasonable compared to other places we’ve visited. Overall, it was a convenient stop with great food and a chance to pick up a few gifts along the way. Definitely worth a visit if you're passing through!

We stayed one night at TRADING POST. Nice Campground with electricity, perfect toilett houses, nice pool and a very green and soft lawn. In the main bulding is a shop for souvenirs and belongings for the day. They offer little snacks and softdrings and beer. Very well armed watchmen and nice people. There is a fuel Station !! We would come back the next time because it is worth to leave Etoscha and to come back the next day

Very nice and quite private campsites. Accommodation had everything in place and was clean. The entrance to the etosha national park was very close as well. Furthermore it had a gas station and a small shop for the most important items and a well tasting restaurant.

This campsite offers a fantastic location, just a short drive from the Etosha National Park gate, making it super convenient for early morning or late afternoon game drives. The refreshing pool is a real highlight, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring under the Namibian sun. The decor is eclectic and adds character to the place, creating a quirky and welcoming atmosphere. Every corner has its own charm, giving the campsite a unique vibe that stands out from other spots in the area. However, if you’re staying at camp 1, be aware of the road noise, which can be a bit of a downside, especially at night. To fully enjoy the tranquility, it’s worth requesting a campsite further into the resort, where the noise fades and the peaceful surroundings take over. Overall, this is a great spot for its prime location and relaxing pool, but for a quieter stay, make sure to choose a site away from the road.
