Other than not being able to book in before 4 o'clock this place was fabulous. Even then they make it clear that the check-in time is not before 4. Very few staff in a clever way but everyone you were in touch with was excellent. This hotel is quirky but brilliant. The food in the bar/restaurant next door was excellent. The food quality was good and the lady heading up the show was superb. The receptionist at the Hotel was equally brilliant and up to the task of making sure we were comfortable. The only bad side was wifi which whilst available was very weak and in our room was only available in a small corner of the room. This can be sorted easily

Nicely decorated hotel, spacious room with big bathroom. Good shower, good comfy beds and with airconditioning, which was very nice as the country was in a heatwave. One big major disappointment was the noice of the wooden floor of the room above us. It was making a terrible noise which deprived us of our sleep. When we informed the lady at the reception about this, her reaction was that the hotel can’t be blamed with guests getting up early. She is not getting the point. Guests should be able to walk around the room without disturbing other guests. I would recommend the hotel to check the noise themselves.

We stayed on the top floor for a 3 night stay with our 3 year old son. Large Super King size bed with a fold-out next to it for our son, plenty of room for luggage. Room was modern and clean, beds were comfy, A/C effective, and bathroom spacious and contemporary (shower only, no bath). Our flight was delayed such that our arrival was past the last check-in time, and the staff were very accommodating, providing us a PIN code and room number via Whatsapp for night-time access. There is a nice lobby meeting area on the ground floor of the hotel for guests, and the restaurant is also on the ground floor accessed via exiting the building. Breakfast was not included but a worthwhile extra and reasonably priced. Dinner at the restaurant was great, especially the sirloin steak and croquetas - albeit non-Spanish speakers should note the servers did no speak English, and the service was good but at a typically Spanish pace. All-in-all a very nice stay and would happily recommend and stay again.

albergo boutique recente. si presenta molto bene. parcheggio gratuito. zona tranquillisima. qualche aspetto negativo dovuto alla ristrutturazione. porte delle camere che non isolano per nulla. si sentono tutti i rumori del corridoio. luci a fianco del letto che non consentono di leggere. camera senza finestra , ma solo luci. prezzi modici.

Un sitio precioso tanto el hotel como el entorno, todo muy limpio y cómodo, el personal muy amable,todos. desayuno sencillo pero completo. la comida en el restaurante buenísima. Todo el mundo cariñoso con la perrita. Muchos sitios cerca para excursiones fantásticas

Una de las pocas opciones que tiene Oñati para alojarse. Tiene un sistema de códigos en vez de llaves que es muy interesante y cómodo. La habitación es correcta y moderna. Hay parking gratis en el exterior. Lo único negativo es el precio, que quizás es elevado para la ubicación.

Muy agradable. Habitaciones con buen gusto. Desayuno casero, muy completo. Zumo natural, bollería casera, jamón y embutidos… También cenamos y estaba muy rico todo. Muy amables las personas que nos atendieron, tanto en el restaurante como en el hotel. Nos gusto mucho que a la entrada del hotel pudiéramos tomar unas infusiones, café y agua por cortesía del hotel. Se echa en falta alguna zona de estar más amplia, pero estuvimos poco tiempo y nos fue suficiente estar un rato de sobremesa en el sofá de la entrada. Las camas de la habitación eras muy cómodas. Y el entorno bonito.

Complicado describir con palabras lo experimentado en este lugar . Empiezo por el personal.. simplemente MARAVILLOSO. Nos hemos sentido en casa.. Eskerrik asko .. El hotel espectacular, justo lo que buscábamos, tranquilidad, limpieza, parece nuevo y es precioso. Y la comida....decir que me dieron ganas de llorar, sublime..mezcla de sabores, frescura..producto de kilómetro cero..nuestras felicitaciones a las personas que la elaboran. Gracias a todos por hacernos sentir unos privilegiados. Sin duda, volveremos..
