location of property is very convenient place. quality of food is very good. amenities is satisfactory except storage/hanging place. service is very good

food was very good but service was not good.they took almost 1hr to prepare 2 cups of black tea .Hot water facility was not upto the mark. we have to call and tell regularly for hot water as it was not available for even 3hours in the morning. 2 bulbs were not working in our room and they didn't fix it further.

there is no bed window and main door block by wall,
after many requests the didn't change the room
need to ask for everything like bath towels, hot water etc
better not to select these kinds of hotel
