Accord Highland Hotel Ooty

It was nostalgic to visit this hotel as it was a hostel for me in college. It was great fun with all the activities at the location and the reception and the staff took great care of the guests. It was a good experience to stay at Accord Highland Ooty.

Picturesque nature view from room window. We saw wild bisons eating grass beyond the hotel fensing wall, also saw the giant squirrels on nilgiri trees. Overall it was awesome to stay in Nature with all the modern amenities. Even we were at business trip, all the staff was kind and generous. Provide excellent support. Food was delicious. Breakfast was excellent and having combination of south indian as well as continental food items.... I would like to visit again with my family.....

The hospitality was good. The view from hotel was great. We had awesome tea and snacks in the evening which is complimentary. The food was great. The play area was very refreshing with all the games and the view from the play area giving a light peek of Doddabetta was exceptional. We have also enjoyed other fun activities such as karaoke singing, dance and music at the bonfire before dinner. Infact we wanted to go back to the hotel by 5 in the evening just to enjoy the ambience over there.

One of the best stays I have ever had. The location is picturesque. Clean and professional ambience, courteous staff. Rooms are with good view of the valley, clean and spacious. They have fairly large event rooms. The restaurant served good food. They have a large playground with volleyball, badminton, trampoline, slides, swings etc. A separate area for Go-carting. And they also have a separate indoor activity area where you can play PS, Air hockey, carrom, table tennis, and read books and comics. A separate area for bonfire, also used for music and dance in the evening. Good for family with kids, honeymooners, as well as business events. Numerous activities made it wonderful for our 5-year-old and us. Mr. Shivakumar was so amiable and energetic, he took extra care to play multiple musical instruments with our daughter. Also he taught our daughter how to play those as well. From morning to night, he was always there with a big smile, kind words, and full of energy. Would surely consider to go back again.

The hospitality was good and Mr.K.Devanand served awesome tea and snacks in the tea kadai.the view from the window giving a light peek of Doddabetta was so good .Overall the hospitality and the food was good with an awesome weather.other fun activities are also included in this hotel.

Excellent rooms with great view and surrounding area full of lush green mountains and beautiful sky There are plenty of activities to do here everyday ☺️ like table tennis, karoke , bonfire with dance , badminton, basketball , PS4 ,pool table, air hockey and lot more. There are also cycles for kids and adults both Food was good. High tea was excellent . Staff is really kid friendly, kind, cooperative ,caring and the event manager who is also of the staff member - Mr. Shivkumar really organized various entertaining events and encouraged all the guests to come and participate . One of the best staff member . These events really made our stay mind blowing and super fun . Completely based on TRUE opinion . No paid promotion .

A superb location with Breathtaking morning views .Very supportive staff and hotel management can make all the difference in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Three days spent together as a family, making memories and bonding over shared experiences, sounds like the perfect getaway

One of the best hotels with the best restaurants. What amazing food quality and spread. Breakfast was awesome and extremely fresh. Live items like dosa varieties and omlettes were also very tasty. Staff behaviour was very good. Overall the hotel has a great location and wonderful ambience. The evening tea hut takes the piece of cake.

The location is awesome - breathtaking view. Lot of indoor and outdoor sports amenities & other activities like bonfire. Breakfast was sumptious. Room was spacious, well maintained and had great view. The staff was very efficient - quick service and very courteous. Special mention for Manigandan, Vijay and Gautham.
