Average stay. Definitely not worth the money. Dirty bathrooms and average food. Great staff.

Good- The hospitality and standards of taj were very well maintained. The garden area is beautiful. Breakfast was great!! Not so good - the 2 bedroom suite had just one bathroom and the suits are in the middle of reception. No privacy in that sense. The individual rooms are much better

I have stayed here many times and it only gets better. Personalized treatment and wonderful staff makes the experience special. Love that it is pet friendly too. Definitely my go to place to stay in the area. Thank you for some great memories!

As soon as we entered the property it looked as if we were transported to heaven, lush green landscape, innumerable colourful flowers, huge trees in the well manicured lawns and above all 💯 % oxygen entering our lungs 😍. We were a group of 12 people having booked 6 rooms. The management had already upgraded most of our rooms and special room with practically zero steps was allocated to my mother who required a wheelchair. The property itself being a heritage structure is excellently maintained with some modern touches like floor heating. Bathrooms too are old fashioned but neat and provided with good quality toiletries. The signature TAJ linen is evident in the bedrooms. Housekeeping is excellent and always served with a smile. The staff all over the property is extremely courteous and friendly. To name a few would not do justice for that. But the only letdown we experienced was the food. We had opted for dinner and breakfast buffets but were disappointed by the experience. The variety/ presentation/ taste did not match the expected TAJNESS. The service at the restaurant was also sloppy, maybe due to understaffed. These shortcomings must be addressed by the management. Overall the property is a must visit stop for complete rejuvenation of mind, body and soul in this mechanical lifestyle. Will definitely visit again as there are many other fine dining places/ cafés in Ooty which can also be enjoyed while staying here 🤩

Good location. Excellent property. Superb ambience. Cooperative staff. House keeping up to mark. Food & drinks - very good. Kid friendly property with beautiful surrounding. Kid enjoyed rabbit and Fish feeding. Couldn't experience bon fire due rains. 😀
