Amazing food, it is worth visiting for food alone. Champagne with breakfast, huge selection of food. Very comfy rooms (we stayed in new part; Adriatic II). Wellness is good, amazing view from saunas and relax zone. Very friendly yet professional wellness receptionist Enja.

We were on a Titan coastal Croatia tour and this was our first hotel. Room was lovely with view of the sea. Breakfast had good choice and buffet eve meal was very good quality. Pool inside and out with good views. Just didn't like the very loud music all around the hotel, but a short walk to the town and along the coast.

Unpleasant Stay – Would Not Recommend I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. 1. The staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, making it feel like they were doing me a favor just by answering the phone or even engaging in conversation. 2. The rooms are *incredibly* small, far below expectations. 3. There was a terrible smell in the room, forcing me to buy an air freshener and sleep with the window open. 4. No complimentary bottled water was provided in the room—only what’s in the minibar, and that comes at an extra cost. 5. The hotel design is dominated by black marble, which, combined with the very low lighting in the halls, makes the atmosphere dark and depressing. It’s far from inviting or comfortable.

This is one of the most popular and oldest hotels in Opatija. It should be one of the best... But what I experienced was terrible. There were bedbugs in the room (it's room 560), I received almost no apology from the hotel staff. When I wrote an email on the recommendation of the reception manager, I waited 7 days for an answer. It's better that they didn't even send it, because it's not an apology, but a mockery of the guests. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone again.

It was a trip to the lovely hotel, but we arrived early. And we had a hours before reservation and desired to go to the beach. But the fast way way closed because “we are not guests at this hotel” and we can go with fats way with our colleges who already had the reservation in this hotel, so hotel personal like Senida, told: u are not our guests, and go the long way to the beach” ohhhh okay, we not ur guests next 2 hours, but it’s not client orienting as for me and my colleges, I think. So, I’m not recommended this hotel personal support. Specially Senida. Thanks

Hi everyone I ride from Amsterdam to Croatia and Booked this hotel for one night stay. Soon as the checking everything was fine we felt welcomed and the staff was very professional. Barbara the front office agent explained us everything we need to know about the hotel and surrounding areas. The room the spa and the breakfast were all great, unfortunately the next day the spa was out of order. But Barbara send a champagne to our room for an apology and as an compensation and she even went a step further and helped us with some additional compensation And she made sure that we left the hotel in a good mood. Would definitely recommend and I hope I'll be back soon !

Lobby was very luxurious looking and spacious. Recepcionists were very kind and helpful. Rooms are modern and spacious. AC was working perfectly. Panorami wellness was an amazing experience. You have big sauna, and outside in the resting area you have place to relax. I wasn't using the pool but it looked great. Breakfast was also perfect with plenty things to select from. Truly a great experience. Would recommend!

Servise in hotel is horrible. We asked 2 times to to fix our shower cabin because we have a flood and nobody did that. We asked for late check out to pay for it,they didn't give us. We asked for towels to the beach the last day after check out,it was like towels are made of gold ahhaha. There are no soap in room. In wellness I waited 20min for someone to show up to book massage but nobody came. Rooms have no balcony or some place to dry wet clothes. When we came nobody took our luggage, we need to take it by ourselves to room from garage whitch is far away from room. We cannot take our luggage in front of hotel,they said that we need to go to garage. They only gave us one card from room so when someone is not in room we didn't have lights.

We just arrived in this hotel to find out that there is no air-condition in the partition of the room with the 3rd bed. The whole room is small and hot and the air-condition is not properly working. The most disappointing part is how the staff, including the manager, didn't try to resolve the issue with moving us to another room. This is the first negative review I am ever writing to any hotel. We got very low value for the price we paid...and the staff and the management could make the difference if they acted more professionaly.
