I would recommend this hotel as they are providing the shuttle to the airport. Good for early morning flight. The room was superb. The location is quite far from the train/tram station and need to improve for the lighting from the station to the hotel.

1. Given keys to a room that was presently occupied by a client. Keys worked. Opened door, room was in use.
2. Was not clean.
3. Outside in hall infront of same room was a bed/mattress. Why it was left in hall in front of a room.
4. Asked for help from a house keeping employee , then went down to front desk to find out what was going on.
A lady employee, possibly a manager tried to find out what was going on. ??? Said maybe somebody did not vacate room or added a day. ???? She apologized. Said will have to give us a couple of drinks as compensation. Never given.???? Don’t make promises unless you intend to follow up%
In the mean time we had to drag our suitcases up and down twice.
Once in new room 1023, went into wash our hands and found both wall mounted soap dispensers by sink 100% empty. Had to call down to ask for them to be filled. House keeping brought up two and installed them. Thx.
Also found that left side mirror light burnt out, did not complain.
We just came off a 15 night cruise and picked your hotel only because we just finished two nights at your Amsterdam MP at the cruise terminal. By the way this is the third or fourth time using MP.
Do the managers not inspect client rooms once in a while to see if they are cleaned, restocked and guest ready?
One more thing, why would you put a coffee maker in the room and only supply one cup?
As a business owner myself I would want the rooms and features to be 100% guest ready.
Sorry to say this experience put a damper on the end of our vacation.
I feel the rate charged for this stay did not match the price charged.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Zurich Airport and has free and frequent shuttle service to the departures area at the airport that goes every 20 minutes. The beds are comfy and the room is well stocked with free bottled water, tea/coffee station with a few options and a mini fridge. The shower was nice with good pressure but has the combined hair/body wash gel in a dispenser so you may want to consider bringing your own bath products. The linens were clean and soft but there were some crumbs left on the chair that made us feel it wasn't as clean as we thought it should be at the hotel. They did provide one small chocolate for the two of us in a small Swiss flag package but we feel they should have two.
The rooms at this hotel run a bit warm even in November and with the window open and it wasn't as restful a sleep as we would like to get before a flight. The lighting in the room is all provided by lamps and we felt it was odd that the left side of the bed had a switch to control the lamp outlet on the right side of the bed. We felt the lamp should have its own control near it and I did unplug it before I went to bed because we didn't discover the wall switch until the next morning and simply unplugged it. That plug in is also difficult to access and I had difficulty getting lights on in the room in the morning because I also unplugged the desk lamp for the tea kettle and did not know where the floor lamp switch was.
Check in went quite smooth and the front desk staff were friendly - They offered to set up an Accor membership account and offered two free welcome drinks to us. The hotel has a bar in the lobby area, offers breakfast for an additional fee and has a small convenience store behind the front desk where you can get snacks or Movenpick ice cream. Check out was quick as well and we were able to get on to the free shuttle bus easily but it is first come first serve so it might be worth going a bit early if you're in a hurry.
We got to the airport a little late to return our car rental and it was a bit tricky getting to the hotel. We went to the hotel shuttle area and could not find the shuttle that went to the Movenpick despite asking a few drivers. It is about a 10 minute drive from the airport itself so we asked a taxi driver and they offered to do the ride for 30 CHF which was insane considering Uber can do it for 15 CHF. The tram was the best option and took us from Banhof to Banhof Balsberg station for 2.8 CHF each and it was a short walk to the hotel entrance.

This hotel is very near to the zurich airport. They provide free shuttle svc to the airport from 4am onwards which is the only plus point. Rm is ok but no towels were provided. Not even the floor towel nor hand towel. Luckily I brought along my own disposable towel. We arrived late ard 630pm from the tram station. It was pitch dark. Even though it is just a 5 mins walk from tram station to hotel, we were very scare as we have to walk through a tunnel n passby a carpark in total darkness with our heavy luggage. We need to use the flash lights on our mobile phone.

The hotel is close to the airport and offers a convenient shuttle service. Noise of planes is loud and rooms are dated. The shower handle in our bathroom was cracked and it cut my finger while I was holding it. For the premium price I paid, I expect everything to be kept in good order.

Great location as it is near to airport (approx 5 minutes drive) with free hotel shuttle service provided. We were greeted by friendly staffs and had a good stay here.

Toilet has no toilet paper and we need to call them to bring up toilet paper to us. Free shuttle bus, there is no first come first serve so those tourists has no luggages who went up to the bus first, but for us we have luggages, we have to put our luggages to the behind luggages compartment. At the end, we do not have the seats, the driver told us he could'nt do anything. Disappointed because we were the 2nd who waited there for the bus.

It's an out dated hotel and the check-in was slow. The check-in staff charged 2 person tourist tax even though it was only one person stayed in each room. The central air con was super old so it couldn't even cool the room. I complained and got sent an extra fan. I personally wouldn't recommend this hotel.
