Amazing location, just 1 min walk away from tram and 2 short stops away from Airport. The frequency is also quite high so you can reach airport in less than 15 minutes. Room is small at 14sqm but it's very clean and spacious enough for us to open 2 big luggages at the same time. However, do note that there's no lock on the toilet & shower door. Shower door is also very translucent. The shower door stopper wasn't working well so it flooded our room a little. All in all, highly recommended.

location was very close to the airport, cleanliness was good. no frills and decent value. main issue was heater wasn't strong enough, and there was no fridge in the room. more suitable for 1-2 nights stays rather than extended periods.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Reception is 24/7. Can leave luggage for storage after check-out, they have baggage tags for claiming and will store them in a separate storage room outside the building. It’s right outside the tram station and 10 min walk to S Bahn Kloten Balsberg station. Room is very cold in December, no heater. Floor is so cold, no slippers provided. Hot water in bathroom works fine. Hair dryer is available in the room. EU sockets are only available in the lobby near reception, only swiss sockets are available in the room. We had to charge our device using single slot USB A cable in the TV. Triple room is a double bed with top bunk bed. Space is very small, cannot open big luggages. Has elevator/lift.

We requested for an early check in and the reception gave a room immediately. It saves us a lot of time to travel back and forth for the hotel check in process. The reception also kind enough to store our butter in their kitchen freezer without charges. Though the room is unexpectedly small, but was in good condition. It also has a room for guests to heat up their food, kettle, ironing board and laundry service that most hotel does not have.

The location of hotel is excellent and conveniece. only 30 min by tram to city of zurich. the breakfast is good and start as earlier as 4am. highly recommend to traveller to zurich.

Just enough basic amenities and size for short overnite while waiting for early morning flight

Clean, small and comfortable. But feeling little uneasy with family and friends , as the toilet door is translucent .

Room was small, while toilet have a problem with water pressure. The rest was good.

The location was fantastic, close to airport and the staff was exceptionally welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. We were allowed late check-out until 2pm which was really convenient. Overall, a great experience—I’d rate it 4.5/5 and recommend it to travelers.

Good, you can use 10 and 12 trains
