Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich recensioner

Our stay was truly delightful from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The ambiance was cozy and perfect for couples, creating a warm and romantic setting. The location was incredibly convenient, being near the airport and just a short distance from a train stop, which made traveling to and from the hotel a breeze. The service was exceptional, with staff who were not only friendly and attentive but also extremely helpful in providing directions, recommendations, and assistance whenever needed. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable retreat. It was a perfect choice for a couple’s escape, and we look forward to returning in the future!

The parking is extremely hard to find if you are driving. When you see the building on your right, after passing by the building, turn right and just stop along the road where it says for pick-up and drop off. The Front office is just right there, check-in, get your key, pay for parking and you can access the parking which is right in between 2 buildings. It’s super misleading and you need your room key. Just be aware as there is a road slightly further down with red “labels” on the ground, you cannot drive on those!! I learnt it the hard way.  Anyway breakfast is very good and well worth it! Rooms are also good.

Great location. Hotel is easily accessible via public transport and is considered within zone 110 in Zurich. 5min ride from Zurich airport. Migros and Denner supermarket just around the corner. Staff was really helpful and provided excellent service and advise about going around Zurich. Check-in was a breeze. Room is clean and provided enough space for 2.

This was probably the worst experience in my life. I would really like a refund if there was a way. (Trip.com can you hear me?) Upon arrival, we were asked to check in on an automated kiosk (whilst all the reception staff were not doing anything). After a good 20 mins on the failed system, we were finally transferred to the reception. More than one guest was stuck at this point. We are then given out first room. When we entered the first room, there were still plastic wraps on the floor and the trash can wasn't cleared out (food waste and soda cans from previous guests). The bed also appeared as if someone had just slept on it, with bed sheet opened. We did not take photos of these thinking it's an isolated incidence. Without further inspection we returned to the reception to ask for a clean room. At this point, it appears that the whole check in system had collapsed but lucky enough we were given a second room with manual check in. Same thing happens in the second room, garbage can still had trash in it, and the toilet seat even had stain from previous use. (See images) Knowing we might not be able to get another replacement, we accepted the hotel's arrangement to send in house keeping immediately. Two cleaners came and cleaned the toilet and took out the trash. We did not want them to come in again during our stay. It was later proven a good decision to take the second room. As we walked out for dinner around 8pm, the lobby was filled with guests who weren't able to check in. The team of staff (apart from one man on the first day) was cold and uninviting. Wait, I thought Switzerland was famous for their hotel management education? The hotel arguably had good hardware, things were relatively new but the management was amateur at best. The room was dimly lit, if you drop anything on the floor you have to use your own flashlight to find them. Overall this was a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Good location hotel which nearby tram station. Room is clean and modern.

The room was suitable for a three-day stay, though I didn't use other amenities like the gym due to a busy schedule. However, during my stay, my access card was deactivated after the second day. When I went to the front desk for assistance, the first counter was occupied, and a lady and a gentleman at the second counter were busy fixing something, completely ignoring me and the other staff. How frustrating is that? They clearly need to understand the importance of customer service. I had to ask them to fix my access card first because I was exhausted after a long day. (21/08)

Amazing Stay and Great Service! I had a fantastic stay here. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always ready to help.

Lovely short stay when me and my son visited Zurich. Easy transport routes, short walk from the hotel. Very clean, modern with few quirky bits. I enjoyed my stay.

I have request for a queen bed but finally received two double bed and no one help me to solve the issue.

The stay was super good. Liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. It was all very good and comfortable.
