ibis Orange Sud

We arrived at the hotel around 19:30 as part of our journey to Spain. Upon check-in, we inquired about the breakfast and check-out times. The reception staff informed us that breakfast was served until 11:00. However, when we arrived for breakfast at 10:03 the following morning, we were told that breakfast service had already ended. We mentioned the information given to us at check-in, and initially, the receptionist said we could still have breakfast. We took our dogs outside for a brief walk while my husband packed the car. Upon returning just two minutes later, the receptionist rudely informed us that we could no longer have breakfast, contradicting his earlier statement. When we tried to clarify the situation, the receptionist responded rudely and unprofessionally. To our shock, he not only refused to accommodate us but also became verbally abusive and threatened us with physical violence. This behavior is entirely unacceptable and goes against the hospitality standards that we expect from Ibis hotels.

this is a hotel outside Orange, in the commercial district (read malls). And...it's just bad. It's a "business" hotel, as they say. Bed is bad, A/C good. Breakfast..I did not dare to bother. No fridge in the room. The lady at the desk charged me twice and I am still waiting for the refund. She apparently did not know that *********** already charged me. How is that possible? I don't know. It's just a plain. boring. no frills hotel . Beware

Hassle free reception. Good sized, clean room. Comfortable bed. Excellent powerful shower but rather small towels. Usual fare for breakfast with good range of cereals, coffees etc. Would use again if in Orange.

Chambre vieillotte Moquette au sol vive les acariens ! Top de douche fissuré et pas de shampoing Rideaux gris et troués Entrée difficilement visible et déchets près de l'entrée sur le parking. Entrée très peu éclairée pour personnes à mobilité réduite ! Pas d'ascenseur !

Un Ibis accueillant et très bien placé, facile d'accès. Personnel attentionné, chambre correcte et environnement sympathique. Restaurant attenant de bonne qualité, terrasse, piscine et petit jardin, le tout très plaisant. Une belle étape.

Hôtel qui a besoin d’un grand coup de fraîcheur et de modernité. Notamment l’espace piscine et … la salle fitness : composée uniquement de matériels hors d’usage ! Dommage . Les chambres méritent aussi d’être rafraîchies. Le bon point réside dans la présence d’un vrai restaurant accolé à l’hôtel.

Chambre dégradée. Table de chevet cassée. Joint de douche moisis. Manque la brosse WC. Petit déjeuner sans relief. Aucun intérêt. État général de l’hôtel se dégrade et aucun entretien n’est réalisé. De plus, le gérant brasse de l’air et est antipathique. Nous n’y reviendrons plus jamais alors que c’était notre hôtel pour la région depuis de Nombreuses années.

Alles soweit okay, bis auf den Teppichboden im Zimmer. Fleckig, unhygienisch und alt. Es gibt heutzutage bessere Lösungen. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Im angrenzenden Restaurant nach 30 M. Wartezeit keine Tischzuweisung, obwohl noch reichlich Tische frei waren, wurden wir und weitere Personen weggeschickt. Andere bekamen ohne Reservierung einen Platz. Einfach nur unfreundlich und unprofessionell.

Hôtel très bien situé géographiquement,sortie d autoroute parking privée très pratique,piscine très utile vu la chaleur ,chambre agréable spacieuse (dommage la climatisation fait du bruit à chaque fois qu’elle se mets en route , porte de douche pas adéquat laisse passer l eau par terre …
