We did not stay at the Inn but we dined the restaurant, Vintage, for 2 consecutive nights. (Although we do plan do on staying at the Inn on our next visit to the area.) On the 1st night, Wednesday, who is the FOH manager and Somm asked the Chef de Cuisine, Jon Martin , to curate a 4 course dinner with wine paired by Wednesday. The food, wine and service were all on point. Night 2 started with sparkling wine and we ordered several small plates the main menu: Scallops, raw oysters, rarebit, Bao buns.... and as we had along day of wine tastings and eating cheese we decided to split the Rockfish entree and it was fantastic. Somehow we snuck in house made ice creams and phyllo cake to finish paired with an Ice wine. The restaurant has an old world feel with a fireplace, exposed brick and dark wood timbers. Inviting and cozy.
