Inn at Willow Grove

We did not stay at the Inn but we dined the restaurant, Vintage, for 2 consecutive nights. (Although we do plan do on staying at the Inn on our next visit to the area.) On the 1st night, Wednesday, who is the FOH manager and Somm asked the Chef de Cuisine, Jon Martin , to curate a 4 course dinner with wine paired by Wednesday. The food, wine and service were all on point. Night 2 started with sparkling wine and we ordered several small plates the main menu: Scallops, raw oysters, rarebit, Bao buns.... and as we had along day of wine tastings and eating cheese we decided to split the Rockfish entree and it was fantastic. Somehow we snuck in house made ice creams and phyllo cake to finish paired with an Ice wine. The restaurant has an old world feel with a fireplace, exposed brick and dark wood timbers. Inviting and cozy.

Friends invited us for dinner at their cozy restaurant. We started with a cocktail in the small cottage they stayed in and it was delightful. We walked to the main house / restaurant (only 50 yds away) and the dinner was magnificent! Super cozy inside; brick, fireplace, etc. great service too. I’m a tough critic eating out and this place was superb!!

The grounds were incredible and pristinely maintained. Our dinner was fabulous and the service throughout the stay was impeccable. We topped off an amazing stay with a couples massage at the spa. One of the best spa visits I have ever had, awesome massage and facilities met all my criteria for a spa (great massage, great shower, great robes, and a relaxation room). We just left and we are already figuring when we can go back. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to host a 3 day "Women's Summit" at the Inn at Willow Grove. The the venue was perfect, the service was exceptional, and the spa treatments were phenomenal. From the being greeted with a glass of Prosecco, to having coffee or tea, with beignets delivered to your room each morning, and peaceful surrounding, we couldn't have asked for anything more. I would highly recommend for pleasure or business. You won't be disappointed!

Our visit to the Inn at Willow Grove was so enjoyable! The accommodations, the staff, the food and the history all came together to make it a wonderful experience! Having some Southern roots in my family, it truly felt like coming home. Southern hospitality is alive and well at The Inn at Willow Grove! We plan to go back, perhaps at Thanksgiving. We know that it will be another special occasion!

The Inn is special. Every time we come we see small changes to its decor and landscape. They are always updating to help improve the guest experience. No wonder they get the recognition they do from various media outlets. What does not change is their staff, from Michelle in guest services, Wednesday in the restaurant and Kelsie in the pub along with their kitchen staff and Niki at the Spa. They are all fabulous as is the Inn. Truly a 5 star experience!
