Bedroom draws fall out hitting your feet while trying to put in your clothes. Insect shedding in the nightstand draws. Roaches found in the trash can and behind it. The condo was not kept up to the standard of the photo's. It seem the photo's were doctor to make it appear better than it is. Ice machine was running constantly.

We stayed here in 2013 and were impressed! We decided to come back this year and definitely make made a good decision. We rented unit 102c and it is everything promised and more! The entire property is well maintained and extremely clean. Unit 102c was very convenient to all the many pools, hot tubs, I infinity pool, children’s pool, etc. Just steps from the beach and very family friendly.

My godmother and I paid close to $3000 for a 5 night stay in SeaChase, specifically 201C. It was the most absolutely, disappointing lodging we may have ever experienced for a vacation. PLEASE SEE PICS FOR FULL DESCRIPTION! 1) The front door entry was absolutely disgusting. Door was filthy, had not been cleaned or freshly painted. The nasty entrance was heartbreaking and to open the front door only sealed our shock. The front door rug was filthy and ratty. The tile in the front entry was 100% disgusting and the area had not been mopped. 2) The rugs in each room (living room and each bedroom) were severely worn and 100% unclean. 3) The furniture in each room was severely worn, outdated, and unkept. Paint had been chipped off of the wood and stains were under the glass tops on the night stand. 4) The master bath toilet shrilled each time flushed and made the ear-piercing sound all throughout the day. 5) The guest bath vent made a loud disturbing noise each time turned on and maintained the noise went on. 6) The bar stools in the kitchenette all had 100% noticeable stains. 7) The stove top and microwave area had removable grease stains, but had not been cleaned. 8) The pantry was unclean and had not been freshly painted. 9) The balcony patio was absolutely disgusting and had noticeable removable stains and dirt 10) The balcony furniture was ratted, raggedy, and falling a part by the seams. Paint was noticeably chipping away on every single piece.

We stayed in SeaChase 705C! I can’t say enough how clean, well laid out, and beautifully decorated it was! It was an awesome corner unit with all the extras! Will definitely stay here again. Love! Love!

We stayed at SeaChase for 2 weeks at the end of February. We were not aware until after we had paid for the condo that there would be construction on the outside of the building. Workers were on the balcony part of each day for 12 of the 14 days. They chipped paint, sanded, grinded, painted, moved furniture, left paint chips and small debris on the patio. We had to close the curtains while they were there and couldn't enjoy the gulf view. The balcony was unavailable most of the time during the days workers were present. This is a nice condo but I recommend avoiding it until the painting of the outside of the building is complete. You can take your chances and maybe the workers won't be outside your window. Or maybe you could ask for a discount.
