Although Back Bay has a marina and boat trailer parking, both are exclusive to owners only. There are multiple public boat launches nearby, including the recently completed largest public boat launch on the Gulf Coast. Pets are only allowed for stays 30 days and longer. There is a strict condo-wide no pet policy for short term guests. Ask us about our special snowbird rates.
