A quaint Victorian B&B so cozy and clean. Very close to Blue Springs. Each room decorated with authentic Victorian decor. The grounds are impeccable with larger cabins that can be rented for families. We loved it!!

Super clean. Quaint. Lovely setting. Plan to visit again. Weird that the phone number they give does’t answer and doesn’t return calls, and there’s no office staff on-site. good enough as long as there’s no emergencies. Like we said, we plan to visit again.

Quaint and quirky cottage in Orange County. We stayed in Homestead as there were 3 of us. All amenities and utilities were there for self catering. No breakfast is available at all. Clean and tidy. Two things to consider: the attic beds have extremely limited headroom. I’m 5’8” and banged my head repeatedly, especially at the top of the spiral stairs. Secondly the Wi-Fi was useless. Difficult to join, repeatedly dumps you off and very slow. We reverted to costly data via our cell provider. Sad that all the interaction with host is remote. No reception on site to sort out Wi-Fi or other issues

We had been to the Alling House when it was owned by the original owners Gerald and Nan. It was a true bed and breakfast then. It has been sold and is no longer a true bed and breakfast. It is being managed remotely. We stayed in one of the cottages. The keypad did not work, the battery in the lock was dead. It took two hours to get a repose back from a text. We were then given instructions to open a lockbox to get to a real key to lock and unlock he door. Told to use the key for the stay. No one checked in with us during our stay. The WIFI was basically useless, if you need to do some work during your stay this is not the place to stay. Oh, we will be on site tomorrow, not a good answer. Never saw anyone. So sad really missed an on-site owner to talk with and solve issue.

we had a mandatory evacuation from New Smyrna Beach and were fortunate enough to find the Alling House in Orange City. Wonderful Victorian Home with the best appointments. 200 word minimum requires a bunch of extra meaningless words. More words xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
