This is a basic no frills hotel about 2 blocks from the main beach road and near the fancy shopping mall. Only maybe 6 rooms, you have to go up one flight of stairs, but someone carried our luggage up for us. There are no lamps beside the bed or in the bedroom area, which I was surprised that I did rather want one. Plenty of outlets to charge your electronics. It faces onto a parking lot and parking lot is behind. No bodywash, shampoo, conditioner in shower. Hair dryer at front desk. This is a city setting, so all the traffic sounds are nearby. It seems to be a thing to have the noisiest motorcycle in the world and rev and rev it up all day and night. This was true in Curaçao too. The main thing I was concerned about was there was no smoke detector in my room. I just happened to notice that. There was a place for it, but nothing there. Quick easy fix, it was a battery operated one I think, not wired. It is a short ride to airport with no traffic, not sure how it would be with traffic. We left on Sunday. There was a security code to get in after hours. The staff was very friendly and I felt fairly safe there. A good place to be if you are gone most of the time doing other things in Aruba.
