We checked in at 10:30 pm and were anxious to go to bed as we were driving to Albuquerque the next day and then onto Texas the following day. We were given a room that had not been cleaned. The hotel was at capacity. We were finally given a room someone had checked into the day before but never arrived. (Double payment) However, it took until 1:00 a.m. to get the room. We were exhausted! Instead of having two queen beds my neighbor and I had to share a bed. Front desk was super helpful and apologetic. He gave me the general manager's card to call. When checking out the front desk knew about our fiasco and apologized. Both said, "This is not up to Marriott standard." After arriving home I called the GM's number several times with no answer. I finally got through and left a voicemail. Unfortunately, my call was never returned. We are lifetime titanium elite status. If this is how we are treated how is someone with no status treated?

This was a very unfortunate and less than pleasant stay. We have stayed here in the past, and as time has went on, this place has deteriorated. The night we checked it, we experienced the following…. we pulled down our bed to go to sleep and there was a large fresh stain on the sheets. We called down to the front desk and we were told they had nobody that could come and take care of that for us and instead brought us sheets so that we could change them out ourselves. In addition to hair on the floor and dried urine on the toilet seat, the tub would not drain as we showered, and water was up to our ankles. And lastly, we left the hotel in the morning in order to attend a family event around 9 am. When we returned at 10:30am, more than an hour before check out time (12:00pm), they had already went into the room, cleaned it, and another family was in our room! We needed the room so that we could change our clothes to prepare for our drive home, and we were told by the front desk that there was nothing they could do. When asked why they checked us out, they had no excuse other than they knocked, and there was no answer, so they cleaned it and gave it to somebody else. I would’ve maybe expected this for less than $100/night, but not for a $200/night stay. It is sad that this hotel has detonated to this point. It used to be such a nice place to stay.

We have stayed at he Fairfield next door before but they were full when we came back through the area. This hotel is different but we loved it too. The rooms have full kitchens which turned out to be super helpful. We had a living room and separate bedroom. The staff was nice and helpful.

We chose this hotel strictly for its location and it served us well. Easy to get to BYU, SLC and Bonneville Flats and later Park City. Actually a beautiful drive to Park City without having to take the interstate. There are restaurants but not super dining out places...a Culvers, etc.

Our 2 bedroom suite was dirty, scratches on doors, TV and furniture! There were drips of something on bathroom door and on a/c unit, towels not clean. It was run down and definitely not up to Marriott standards! We asked to check out soon after arrival. Thankfully they were kind and didn’t charge us for the 2 nights we planned to stay! We went to the Courtyard Marriott Lehi at Thanksgiving Point and it was excellent!

I stayed one night, while visiting my nephew who lives and works in the area. We had come from visiting the National Parks, so checked in later in the day. Check-in was easy. Room was clean. Didn't really need the little kitchenette, but it was nice to have a full size refrigerator so we could empty our cooler overnight. Ice machine conveniently on the ground floor if you need to top off your cooler. Breakfast next morning was good. Area clean, comfortable and NOT crowded. Good selection. I had a peaceful breakfast- waffles with blueberry compote and whipped cream. I was impressed with the topping options for the oatmeal--pumpkin seeds, walnuts, cranberries, chocolate chips, almonds, raisins and brown sugar. They even had oat milk for the coffee and had a carafe of it with the oatmeal. I was doubly pleased because my nephew is allergic to milk. Unfortunately, what was marked as oat milk was NOT oat milk. My nephew had taken a couple bites of oatmeal and was already reacting when we realized this. He fortunately had some Benadryl on hand which mitigated the reaction. I brought this issue to the attention of the desk staff, who checked and confirmed it was actually regular milk. He apologized and assured me that the staff member in charge of the food would be educated on making sure food was labeled properly. I don't somehow feel that they fully understood how important it is for food to be labeled accurately. Especially for people like my nephew who has allergies, but also for the growing number of people with lactose intolerance or other GI diseases where even a little bit may result in ER visits, or protracted toilet time. Neither of which is pleasant at any time, but worse when you are on vacation, a business trip or, heaven forbid, need to get on a plane. There is no problem with putting out regular milk, but it should NOT be labeled as otherwise. That is true of any food. This experience colors my otherwise good experience at this hotel.

This was my first visit to the Provo/Orem area. The hotel was in great condition and the staff was friendly. This was a great pitstop on a very long road trip. Location was right off of I-15, making is an easy stop. Easy dining in the area made this a perfect location. Thanks, Marriott!

The room was very nice ... but the manager was a terrible man ... my husband had a criticle surgery at Tempanogas Hospital ... my credit card was declined (which has never happened before so I was very surprised) ... so I was going to write a check ... he looked at me and yelled CASH!!! I left my things there and drove all the way back to Farmington (UT) to my bank to get the cash .... the teller there was surprised at this man's actions ... Went by the house and there were the envelopes with paid bills ... I took them and mailed them and commuted each day to and from the hospital ...
