This is one of those rare hotels where everything is perfect. The location is perfect (4 min drive from the airport and 7 min to train station). Everything is modern, amazing design, latest technologies in the room. Huge space in the bathroom and the room (we even had a tub in the room). You can also buy some drinks from the fridge if u arrived late and thirsty. The mattress is molded to your body (not old style). We interacted with 3 employees, they are all very nice and speak perfect English. Breakfast is good. Remember you in Italy, so no hot items, but at least it's not just pastries. Some cold cuts of ham, turkey, cheese, boiled eggs, bread, yogurt, croissants, muffins, donuts and more cakes, juices, cereal. And the little area for breakfast is so beautiful and cute. View is amazing. And the most important everything is sooo clean (its hard to get from me 5 stars for cleaning, I'm super picky). Tips: if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs, you can hear the planes and the church bell. If you arrive late (like we did after 11pm) the shuttle from the hotel is not going to pick u up. You can take official taxi for 15 euros. There is no Uber (we waited 15 minutes) no drivers were found on Sunday morning to go to the train station. Hotel called for us some other taxi and they charge 20 euros for super short drive.

Needy hotel near Bergamo airport, 57 res hotel is great , staff are friendly and polite, very helpful, room basic but clean with great amenities, kettle, small kitchen with all that is needed, it’s a little out of the way but three is restaurant and a small supermarket near by

The hotel is cheating the residents. Stayed in hotels for 2 nights. Before check-in, the girl at the reception took a deposit of 50 euros from us and said that she would return it during check-out. We left on the night of May 28th. At the reception there was a man who was not aware of the deposit, but returned 50 euros. The next day I received a letter from the hotel that they returned it by mistake and immediately deducted 50 euros from my account. I wrote them a letter asking them to explain why the money was written off, but there is still no answer. In addition, coffee is not provided in the room, although a capsule coffee machine is available. Tea is placed on a bag per person and the next day they did not put anything. In general, there was an impression that they save on everything and deceive. Отель обманывает проживающих. Жили в отели 2 ночи. Перед заселением девушка на ресепшен с нас взяла залог 50 евро и сказала что вернет во время выселения. Уезжали ночью 28 мая. На ресепшен был мужчина который не был в курсе про залог, но 50 евро вернул. На следующий день пришло письмо с отеля что вернули по ошибке и тут же списали 50 евро с моего счета. Я им написала письмо с просьбой объяснить за что списали деньги, но ответа нет до сих пор. Кроме этого в номере не предоставляют кофе хотя капсульная кофемашина стоит. Чай ложат по пакетика на человека и на следующий день не положили ничего. В цело сложилось впечатление что экономят на всем и обманывают.

Ho scelto il 57ResHotel per la sua prossimità dell'aeroporto di Bergamo (effettivamente 20 minuti a piedi). L'hotel sembra dichiararsi un 4 stelle (almeno dal suo logo) ma per me è massimo un 3 stelle (e dico massimo). Come già scritto ti sembra di essere in un ospedale (camere sicuramente pulite ma tristissime...). Non è un 4 stelle per i seguenti motivi : 1) letto scomodissimo (come si vede dalla foro si tratta di un letto estraibile con un materasso non confortevole) 2) per fare la doccia hai una saponetta della dimensione leggermente superiore ad una monetina di 2 eur (vedere foto - potrebbero mettere un dispenser di sapone liquido) 3) non ci sono tendine nella camera, dunque con le tende aperte per fare entrare la luce non hai privacy (vedere foto) 4) prima colazione con tasse, piatti e posate di carta....

camera tripla molto spaziosa e pulita completa di angolo cottura, cameretta separata. aria condizionata di difficile gestione, e nono state abbiamo chiesto di spegnerla. faceva freddo. parcheggio incluso nel prezzo. ottima la vicinanza all areporto.

Ottima soluzione per chi vuole lasciare la macchina in garage custodito e usufruire del servizio navetta. Personale professionale e molto gentile. Camere pulite e spaziose. Buona soluzione per chi volesse cenare nelle vicinanze si trova un ristorante convenzionato.
