2 bedroom 2 bath stay very convenient, close to shops, and restaurants. Nice hotel but you can tell it's older however very well kept. The kids are loving the pool, free breakfast and WiFi. Would stay here again. Parking on the premises.

Check in was simple and the guest attendant was very kind and polite. Parking was $28 with tax for 24 hours is the only downside to this hotel. Many other hotels in the area do not charge for parking, and it is all done through an app and license plate readers that text you they will charge you if you stay past your allotted check out time. We did not use the pool however it looked nice and the grounds were well maintained. The room was nicely appointed and we were granted a late check out due to my status with Bonvoy. They do have free hot breakfast but it was a madhouse. I am guessing due to high peak travel season. they even have Mickey Mouse waffles with two flavors, plain and banana nut. most of the food had been picked over since people were grabbing 5 banners each at a table of 5 so they emptied the basket however it was replenished in a timely fashion. The hotel feels secure and is close to disney springs. The manager was kind and friendly on the phone but I had to use my cell phone as he was unable to hear me on my room phone. We had to move rooms as we were placed in a disabled room even though this was not what I booked, and the bed was almost on the floor and other items at a much lower level for disabled people. We were moved to another room and had to return to the front desk and then move our car and cary our own belongings again back to the room. There could have been an indication of this at check in but I was not notified. due to the slight inconveniences and the high parking fee with taxes hence the 4 star review.

The suite we stayed had two bedrooms. Each of them had two queen beds. Great for a family. The front desk girl was very friendly. The building is not shiny new, but is alright. The rooms are clean. Breakfast has plenty of choices, though there is no standout. Parking fee is steep, but spaces are plenty. We stayed for just one night, so can't say much about the Disney experience, but we didn't experience any problem. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Stuck with last minute panic as Hurricane Milton (Oct 9) approached and was headed directly toward our home. Hotels were showing no availability as others had checked into alternate accommodations earlier in the week. At the last minute checking for cancellations the Marriott Residence Inn showed one. Grabbed it on line for a two night stay. Fortunate we were that we had a room with full kitchen and area for both of us as mother and son adults could enjoy some space while we hunkered in. Two television areas allowed us both to see what we chose, and even with the storm the internet and the television cable stayed live. News from our neighborhood showed no water or electic or cable or internet for 4 days so we extended our stay to 4 nights. Throughout the stay the staff was terrific, ensuring all were safe and secure. Can't compliment the staff and management for a wonderful experience despite the circumstances.

I am staying here as I write this and while they are doing renovations. I would recommend avoiding this place until they are done. After a full day, a shower is the first thing I wanted to go when I got back to my room. However, the water has been turned off.. a note was left under my door but it didn't say when the water would come back on.. I called the front desk and they said 1AM. I stopped by room around 5:30PM and there was no note.. got back at 9PM so the water was shut off between that time. I don't think I am the only guest would like a shower after a day out.
