Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal Blvd recensioner

Overall we had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza. The front desk staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The wifi was good in the room and common areas of the hotel. The coffee bar was great to have on the ground floor. The gym was mostly clean. The base of the tread mills could be a lot cleaner. The swimming pool was very nice but I recommend going in the early mornings when there are fewer children at the pool. When requesting to have our room cleaned in the middle of the stay, there must have been a communication error with housekeeping. The front desk followed up and the following day our room was cleaned perfectly. The location is ideal for visitors of Universal Studios. The location is good for Disney World. My family is grateful for our Orlando experience at Crowne Plaza.

這次已經是連續第二年入住同一家酒店了，體驗還是和去年一樣很不錯，一樓的餐廳很棒而且價格便宜，酒店附近超市很方便。

設施很舊，但是位置好，前台服務人員熱情親切，但是電話撥打客房服務永遠沒人接…

整體感覺很好，入駐辦理方便，房間乾淨，周邊環境也非常不錯，有最大的麥當勞在邊上，走路很近就到了，可以考慮入駐。

美國酒店的早餐感覺都差不多 健身房也不錯
