Limited food selection for breakfast, Nice beach type pool Location near the parks Price is great too

This hotel is really nice place and great service but it’s not very near any restaurants and shop.

I love this hotel it has everything I needed as a lone traveller. I would recommend this place to anyone. There were lots of family’s too and the pool is great.

Smooth check in after arriving from a long trip with the assistance of Bruno (we don't talk about him). A very warm and kind person who made our little girl smile after giving out some Disney character stickers. Room (and bathroom) were very spacious and clean. Appliances (Fridge,microwave,dishwasher,cooktop) and utensils were in great working condition. Pool was of decent size. Clean towels were replenished and soiled ones were taken out in a timely manner. A few teens were playing football in the water and kind of disgruntled some guests who just wanted to have a good swim. One small kid almost got hit on her face. It would probably help for management to monitor so as to keep everyone safe and happy. Ordered food and a drink for dinner from the Bar and staff were very accomodating. Breakfast buffet was organized and had good choices to start your day. Small opened shop (adjacent to the check in counters) with basic food/drink options was available 24/7. We used their free shuttle service to and from Epcot (drivers were very nice and on time) . Would definitely come back and highly recommend the hotel to our family and friends.

My catalytic converter got stolen off of my rental my last night there. No cameras in the parking lot.

The location is great, we stayed for 2 weeks! Our problems with them are the cleaning and “incidental”fee! While we checked in they asked for a 20 dollars “incidental” fee per night! So in our mind it was just deposit and didn’t think much about it since when we booked on Trip.com, it stated parking is available (Free) when we checked out, we saw it on our bill what “incidental” fee are actually parking fee but no front desk staff were telling us that while we checked in! They finally decided they would refund us after Trip.com representative’s help! As for the cleaning, there has been time we asked for our room to be service but they didn’t show or they came too early while we were getting ready! We told them to come back later but again they were newer showed! Later on we were informed that some of their staffs did not understand English which created the confusion. We are generally very pleased with the hotel, breakfast options were okay! The only thing is I wish they have a hot tub tho!

Brilliant breakfast, friendly staff and free transport to the parks. I recommend!!!

the room is a little bit small.

房間不大，沒有保險箱很不方便，但是有小廚房算是額外的優勢。有一天沒有打掃房間，shuttle的時間也很有限，我們一般自己打車，到迪士尼個園區15🔪以下

周圍就有購物廣場與商場，生活非常方便。房間內提供餐具與設施讓住在這裡增添樂趣。早餐也是非常豐富，大廳還經常性提供飲料，隨時回到飯店，都可飲用，非常棒。

디즈니 가기도좋고 최고에요 위치나 접근성도 괜찮고 룸컨디션도 좋고, 조식도 무료이고 무난합니다. 다만, 소음은 조금 아쉽긴해요.

房間和位置極佳，停車場寬敞，就是對中國人不太友好。不過哪都一樣，都不友好。

방도 넓고 조리기구가 잘 갖춰져 있어요. 조식도 무난하고 위치도 괜찮은 편입니다. 주차요금은 별도네요 다만 샤워기 조절이 좀 어려웠어요
