The room was spacious, comfortably laid out, and had a balcony. The outdoor pool and surrounding lounge area were so relaxing that you could fall asleep just sunbathing. Highly recommend it. Plus, you get the perk of early entry to Disneyland by 30 minutes!"

"The air conditioner in the room was so loud it was practically a cacophony, making it impossible to sleep. Luckily, the room was well insulated, so I could sleep with the AC off. The hotel is new, but the check-in system was terrible. We waited an hour for check-in because the system was down. The security guy then took us upstairs to open the room with a key card. We got a replacement room card the next day, and it served as our park entry pass, which was great because it had our name on it."

"The service is very poor. I am very dissatisfied with the front desk. When I checked in, a deposit of 125 US dollars was deducted from each room. After checking out today, not only did I not get the deposit back, but I was also deducted an extra 491.6 US dollars. I don't know what the fee is. It's very strange that the hotel can deduct the fee remotely when the credit card is in my hand. I have contacted the hotel for a day, and the hotel said that the manager was not there and could not answer. I really feel like I stayed in a black shop. The experience is terrible"

The cleanliness was good. The room was nice. And the shuttle only took about 10 minutes to Epic Universe. Only a few minus points for a pretty long wait to check-in and the expensive on-site parking ($30 plus taxes)."

"Mycket bra för priset!Det är ganska mycket vad du skulle förvänta dig från ett hotell av dess kaliber.Rummet var rymligt och fönstren var stora.Kontrollera var smidig.Några aspekter av hotellet, såsom hissen, ser lite daterad ut, men allt fungerar bra. Frukost (0600-1000) inkluderades som sparar mycket problem på morgonen.Det finns en mängd bagels, muffins, spannmål, frukt samt yoghurt och havre. Hotellet annonserar shuttlebussar till Universal Studios och Disney World, men notera att det bara finns en rundresa per dag till båda dessa platser. Jag är inte säker på schemat för Universal Studios men bussen till Disney World lämnar hotellet 0710 varje morgon och avgår Disney World på 2100 varje dag.Den schemat fungerade inte för oss, så vi slutade använda Lyft under vår vistelse. Men ärligt talat var kostnaden för att använda Lyft ännu mer kostnadseffektiv än att stanna på plats i Disney World på ett hotell som inte erbjöd frukost. Allmänt fasta!"

"The room was spacious and conveniently located near shopping and entertainment. Breakfast options were limited, but they did have a waffle maker, which was a nice touch. There's also a small swimming pool. However, I did have an issue with the front desk staff. After checking out, my credit card was overcharged by over 80 USD. I received a text from my bank on the way to the airport, immediately called the hotel, and they reversed the charge. It would have been a real hassle if I had only discovered it after returning home."
