小鎮裏面最豪華的酒店，雖然很不起眼，但是裏面的裝修很給力，早飯也不錯，服務員很友好，唯一的缺點可能就是房間裏面沒有水喝

Good hotel, nice decor, very clean, decent size rooms, comfortable bed, pleasant staff and excellent location. Travel to London Bridge Station by train took around 20 minutes by the fast train and 35 minutes on the slower one. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Very comfortable bed, comfortable bedding and pillows. Exceptionally clean bathroom with lovely fluffy towels. Spacious room. Large TV and access to wifi. Room was really quiet for good nights sleep. Decent amount of clothes hanging space. Reasonable hairdryer in good position with large mirror and lighting surrounding the area. Usb charging sockets. Easy check in and out process. Check out time is 12pm. There is a restaurant and bar in hotel.

Stayed here for the first time at the beginning of January, I was impressed with the customer service I received from the lovely two ladies who worked in the evening. Check in was welcoming and she was very chatty. Had dinner in the restaurant and the food was cooked to a good standard. Nothing to complain about here :) The room was clean, it could do with fresh coat of paint..

We really enjoyed staying here, hotel was clean, food was nice and the staff made us feel really comfortable especially Aiden and Jay who made a effort with my children and made them feel comfortable...Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone, a big thank you.

I really love my stay at premier inn Orpington. The room was nice no clean. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was really helpful.Hotel is on high street so there is a lot shops near. I had a breakfast and dinner and it was really delicious. Looking forward to visit again .

Brilliant hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely, we chose the meal deal which was very good value for money. Our room at the end of the corridor was very quiet and exceptionally clean. We visited family but will definitely use this hotel again!
