Kapadokyanın en güzel oteli burası olabilir. Merkezdeki keşmekeşten uzak. Geçen sene kaya otellerden birine gitmiştim her yerinden böcek çıkmıştı. Ne gerek var. Kaya içlerini gezin gelin tertemiz bu otelde kalın. %10-20 daha pahalı bir otel evet ama her bir kuruşa değer.

주차가 편해요. 얼음 갖다 달라고 말씀 드렸는데 한참 안오시다가… 안오셨던 것 같아요(?) 담배 냄새가 좀 심했는데 방을 바꿔주셨어요.

Отличный отель для транзита и чтобы побывать в Каппадокии. Шары видно с парковки конечно, но лучше поехать на смотровую в Герёме (10 мин на авто).
Номера большие. Есть парковка. Завтрак в 6 утра начинается.
Спасибо за подарки, очень неожиданно!

객실 규모는 작으나 이지역에서는 편안하게 머물수있는 가성비 좋은 호텔중 하나라 생각합니다. 체크린시 업그레이드 까지 해줘서 좋았습니다.

The rooms are great! There are snacks, there is tea. Plus, the food in here isn’t bad at all. I loved it. The view from here is INCREDIBLE. I am a pianist and I was very happy to see a piano in a reception. BUT, when I played it, the keys weren’t tuned. And the chair is too low. It would be awesome if you fix it. That’s the only minus here. Shortly, the hotel is very good!

Best experience of my stay, the staff are very helpful and willing to solve problems. I think it is the best hotel in the area and the quality of the Ramada was very evident. This is my 12th stay in the area and I regretted finding this place late :)

We were having a group of 300 people to CAPPADOCIA and we stayed in this beautiful property. It was really a nice experience staying with the hotel and the best part was the Tchibo restaurant. We enjoyed the food and drinks a lot and the staff Selbi helped us a lot handling our requirements. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality. Thank you Selbi. We have stayed two days. Ask for new shower towels , they keep on saying in 5 minutes. No one ever brought it. We asked reception and showed them dirty towels was given to us and they refused . We asked for money back , they refused. We left hotel without showers . It is scam . Do not be victim. It is not 5 star . Not even a one star .

This rating is for the spa in the hotel. If I can give negative rating, I will do that. We reserved a 60 minutes program, 30 minutes body massage, 10 minutes face, and 20 minutes Turkish bath. We’re never been to Turkish bath, so everybody is so exciting. The massage lady came work on body massage for less than 20 minutes and put face mud on and left. 10 minutes passed, the mud is totally dry and no body show up, I have to call them to take me to the Turkish bath. The whole program end less than 50 minutes. And the massage itself is so rough. So we talked to the manager about the massage time shortage, the manager said you should come to me when the massage is done before go into the Turkish bath. Oh, my gosh, how can I go the hotel hall look for the manager with mud face and no clothes on? Such a disappointment with the service and management. I have been to so many times of massage, this is the worst one. So if you happen to stay in Ramada by Wyndham Cappadocio, don’t try your luck on their spa. Find somewhere else.

Hotel is tired and in much need of a refurbishment. It’s also rather noisy as the soundproofing is insufficient. However, after numerous awful meals in other “5” star hotels, I found the food to be a great improvement. The buffet selection was far better than most. The few things that let it down, were : limited vegetarian options, food that was supposed to be hot (was lukewarm), and there were no options for those who are lactose intolerant. Waiters weren’t of a five star standard, some improvement required there. Overall, the hotel is adequate for an overnight stop.

Nice hotel with pleasant outdoor terrace with plenty of seating and umbrellas. Clean spacious room and bathroom. I woke in early hours as air con had a fault and room was very hot. Reception advised no one available to fix fault until 8am. Offered possibility of room change but I chose to stay put and open the windows which had insect screens. Unfortunately there was lots of screaming and shouting outside so sleep was difficult. In the morning I discovered half the hotel had lost their air con. These things happen but when the same thing happened at the same time the following night I wondered if it was a genuine fault. Luckily no screaming that night but traffic noise from an early hour meant another poor night's sleep. Not what you need when you have a long day sightseeing and travelling ahead. A good night's sleep is an essential requirement in my book and this hotel did not provide it.
