What a place! Very magical experience at our hotel greeted by Oğuzhan and Alyne! Took the time to ask us what we had planned and helped to book all our tours and experiences and made suggestions on local hidden gems. They also upgraded our room for free for my wife’s 30th birthday with a lovely touch of fresh fruit and towel swans on the bed. Such a special cave hotel with amazing views and thoughtful service, cannot rate this place any higher!

On the day we left spoke to the cleaner about where I put my door key as she told me not to lock it so I showed her I placed it on the dresser near door, only to be chased 5/6 times by the reception girl about the key!!.running up and down and constantly asking same crap over and over. I was told it wasn't there and the cleaner told her I went back in after after??? Which I didnt .. And that the key wasn't there..as we left she chased the car about the key AGAIN and the woman owner partner came and told us we have to pay as unique key and she is looking to see how much to charge!! I repeated many a time about the key and cleaner, even emptying my hand bag and all cases (there was 9 of us ) as they didn't believe me they believed her.. we had to stay and wait about 45 mins while the owner woman told us to pay ...which would probably of been a large price...my husband went down to look and found the key outside a different room where the cleaners wash bags where, SO SHE MOVED IT and I was made to feel like a thief which ruin whole experience!!! And then it was just "o im so sorry" SORRY is NOT good enough!!! WHAT WOULD I DO WITH A BLOODY KEY.. they could of got the cleaner and let her say infront of us about her version of events but NO she was no where to be seen.. I actually liked that lady and was going to leave her a very big tip!! Now my tip is .. DONT LIE JUST BLOODY LOOK WHAT YOUR DOING!!" ...when we was there we was talking about booking the Whole hotel and next door for TWO weddings....well thats not going to happen now is it ...DO NOT ACCUSE SOMEONE WITHOUT 100% proof...infact check your cameras theres one right outside my door where I spoke to the cleaner!!! ...Great place but just watch your back!!! And dont trust anyone with a smile Also i paid for castle view room but not actually a castle view at all...2 small window and need to look to the side very hard to see ( shown in pic ) I paid and booked 2x standard 1x "Castle view" and 1 cave room ..we then paid another £140 to add 2 more for another room...and they tried to put the 1 extra adult and 1 child into each of the 2 standard rooms on a sofa bed ...so charged more than the price of the whole room for 2 ( the standard was €61 on here)and tried to put in them the other rooms as add ons untill my hubby (turk) said no thats for a separate room ..which they then did but after charging more than double booking.com...o also the pool is a TINY freezing infinity pool that you have to book to go to ...parking ???? There is no parking just a couple of spaces for cars park just out front....
