Due to the new Osage Beach fire code open flame grills that use individual propane tanks are no longer allowed on the decks of a condo. The owners are looking into another option but at this time this condo does not have a grill on the deck. Floor to ceiling master bedroom windows for lake viewing with king bed and private deck access. Ample entertainment with smart TVs in living and bedrooms. Second bed offers a bunk bed with a full-sized and twin-sized beds. Cable and private wifi is included. Full size washer and dryer in unit. One assigned parking spot at stairs entrance for convenience. Very close to all amenities, 3 pools and tennis in complex with one pool just steps away at end of building. Complex is located close to Osage Beach Pkwy for convenient access, grocery, shopping and restaurants. Upon Approval: Dog friendly with additional fee and deposit. AS OF 7/21/23: We understand that everyone enjoys swimming in the lake from the docks but at this time due to safety concerns this will not be allowed on any Dock. Clean Beautiful Pools are available for your swimming. Owner says this condo is pet friendly with some restrictions. Please provide breed and age of pet on inquiries for approval on bringing a pet. We do ask no pets on furniture or beds and kennel if alone in the condo. $125 pet fee will apply.
