Welcome to our condo at the highly desired Lands End complex located in the heart of Osage Beach. We are so excited to share our condo with you and your family during your next vacation at the lake! Our condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen/dining, a cozy living room and a huge screened in patio to enjoy amazing sunsets and views of the main channel. Our condo is located right off of the elevator and just steps away from both the main pool and kids pool. You can’t beat our convenient location, right off Hwy 54 at MM19 and directly across from Dog Days by water. The all new OASIS AT LAKEPORT, the $300m family resort and entertainment district is coming and will offer rides, restaurants, an indoor waterpark, amphitheater, marina and boardwalk. (**see last photo attached**) This is also just minutes from our condo by land and right across the lake by water. Our updated 3 bed/2 bath condo has been a highly requested unit and is a 5 star property. We are located in popular Building #5, next to the zero-entry pool w/ waterfall which is just steps away from our condo. Our unit comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay! Our spacious kitchen is well stocked with everything you’ll need. We also have a Keurig & a coffee pot combo (be sure to bring your own coffee). The large dining room table seats 6 people and the kitchen bar seats 4 people. There are 2 leaves for the dining room table for extra room. All 3 bedrooms boast premium bedding and flat screen TV’s in each room with ROKU remotes. The Master suite has a high quality king size bed with lush premium bedding for a perfect night's sleep! If you’re ready for an afternoon nap, we've got you covered with our Hunter Douglas room darkening shades and a large 60” smart flat screen TV w/ ROKU remote. Sliders take you out onto the screened in patio/balcony with amazing views & sunsets of the main channel. The elegant and spacious private master bath comes equipped with hand soap, hair dryer and plenty of bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. Lots of room with his/her sinks, walk in shower and a large walk-in closet. Located at the other end of the condo are bedrooms #2 & #3 and a full guest bathroom. Bedroom #2 sleeps 2 people and features a Queen size bed with premium bedding, a flat screen tv + ROKU, closet and plenty of pillows. This room has its own private entrance to the full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo including hand soap, hair dryer and plenty of bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. Bedroom #3 sleeps 2-4 people which includes 2 full size beds, located right across the hall from the bathroom. It features 2 new full sized Tempur-Pedic beds. This bedroom has a 42” smart tv mounted to the wall + ROKU. We also have a laundry room with a washer, dryer and a clothesline to hang your wet swimsuits and towels on. The super cozy family room has comfy furniture and a large flat screen TV w/ ROKU and surround sound system. Sliders lead you out to the balcony with miles of main channel views! The patio comes equipped with a Poly table with 4 swivel chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs & 4 extra stackable patio chairs. Our patio is completely screened in to protect you from those annoying flies and mosquitos! Our condo is on the 2nd floor, conveniently located right next to the elevator. As you enter Lands End, you will turn left, and we are the last building to the right. Our building is just to the left of the main swimming pool as you enter the complex. You can take the stairs to level 2, or use the elevator. Lands End offers so many things to do for everyone in your group. The zero entry pool is literally just steps away from our unit and boasts a beautiful waterfall and plenty of tables and chairs to relax. Restrooms are conveniently located at both pools. We also have a separate pool area for your kiddos featuring a lazy river, splash pad, playground & basketball court. You will have access to the clubhouse with pool table and board games. Wait until you see our state-of-the-art fitness room! Lands End is known for its unbeatable location, just off of Hwy 54 and next to the State Park. If you don’t have a boat, there are local nearby marinas to rent a boat or jet skis! We can also provide a list of of charter boat companies available upon request. From our unit, you can see “DOG DAYS” directly across the lake and we’re located less than a mile away from Dierbergs Grocery Store, Premium Outlet Mall and tons of restaurants/bars on and off the water. There are endless things to do off property as well. If you haven’t been to Randy’s Frozen Custard, IT IS A MUST while visiting the Ozarks! Visit Shawnee Bluff Winery for a beautiful sunset view and try their delicious wood oven pizza. Explore a cave, cross over the swinging bridge, hike the Ha Ha Tonka State Park trails, play put-put golf, ride go-carts or visit Willmore Lodge for a little bit of history. If you like to golf, there are lots of top-notch golf courses nearby. You will always find something fun and exciting to do here at the lake! We offer complimentary WiFi and our unit is smoke free and pet free. Check in time is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. You must be at least 25 to rent our unit. If you run out, Dollar Tree, Walmart and Dierberg's grocery store is conveniently located nearby. Unfortunately we do not have a boat slip available, but there are other owners at Lands End who do for around $30/day.
