Centara Grand Hotel Osaka recensioner

My recent stay at Centara Grand Hotel Osaka was nothing short of perfect. The hotel's restaurant offered a great selection of dishes with excellent service. And this hotel truly sets a high standard for hospitality, and I'd give it my highest praise.

Had a good stay. Booked the corner room with city view. Worth the price I paid for it. Don’t need go observatory tower. It’s abit far to the subway but food and shopping is just across the road, therefore the walk to the subway don’t feel tedious. The French restaurant, Kunsei Kitchen, definitely worth to dine there. From food to service, 5 stars. Though it’s not Michelin rated, it’s at Michelin’s standard. The gym and the room amenities, it’s not a 5-star standard. If we are comparing the stars of hotels. Staff services, definitely is prompt and very good, but not at 5-stars standard since it’s supposed to be 5-stars hotel. More on a 4-stars standard.

Great view from the room. It is very close to the shopping malls and the hospitality is great. Will definitely be back again.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I liked the convenience of the train station and the fabulous shops around it. It was not cheap, but I got a slight discount for staying more than three nights. I won't recommend it, but I would love to select this hotel. I hope you see how beautiful the room is. Cheers.

Location is good, near Namba station. The room is just nice for family(1 double bad and double-deck bed for kids).

Around 5-10 min walk from train station via Namba park, so it’s a bit quiet compare to hotels above the station, yet easy for carrying luggage. Not many options for breakfast near the hotel.

The room is very big and clean. Service is very good as well. The hotel is next to Namba Park and many restaurants around. Will definitely be back again when we're back to Osaka!

Staff are friendly, professional, very helpful. Good English. I can notice most of the guests are non Japanese. the room design, the washing basin is outside the bathroom and no carpet, is not what I expected from a 5star hotel in Japan.

Centara Grand Hotel Osaka exceeded my expectations! It’s one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in Osaka. The room was spacious, nice, quiet, and clean. The customer service was great. The location is perfect, short distance walk to the metro stations and Dotombori. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel in near the shopping areas, this hotel is 100% recommended. I would go back again. 😉

The hotel is linked on the second floor to Namba Station (approx. 6mins walk). Almost 100% sheltered. New and clean with great view of the city. Enjoyed our 4N stay.

I had a wonderful experience, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would particularly like to thank the concierge team for their exceptional assistance with a parcel issue I encountered. They handled everything with professionalism and care, which truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere !

We stayed for 7 days and the whole experience was excellent. The corner room was spacious with an open area for dressing and the view was spectacular. The breakfast was decent and fresh in quality. The free Tuk Tuk service was particularly convenient and we had taken several rides with breezes. We would like to thank the Tuk Tuk driver Hiroyuki who was cheerful , helpful and active making the ride a pleasant experience and please help relay our commendation to him . Another driver Andy was also very nice and their hospitality enriched our stay impression. We shall visit again.

Comfortable and great stay with good facilities, great service provided and even with free item loans. We enjoyed our stay there, though there were minor service matters (attributed to certain staff) that we felt could be better.

This is a gorgeous 5 star hotel in Osaka in the perfect location within walking distance to central Osaka. Incredible level of service. Rooms were large, beautifully designed and beds were super comfy. Loved the beautiful bathroom with a separate shower and toilet area. Amazing spa and workout room. My favorite part was the stunning view from the top floor restaurant and bar. A must stay in Osaka!
