Centara Grand Hotel Osaka recensioner

It was a hotel I booked after cancellation after receiving such unpleasant reception from OyadoRAKU that I had previously booked! Their heartfelt sympathy and touching led me to book another trip to Japan lol. Room condition and customer understanding are all high, and above all, it is the best location! I will stay at this hotel if I go to Osaka! (I have traveled with my mom and eyes for 5 people, so my recommendation is very reliable!!)

Hotel at good location a bit away from busy street. 10-15 walk to main squire. Hotel is very new. Breakfast is super good

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was surprisingly large, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything I needed, which made the experience even better. The location is also fantastic—close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay.

Served with a welcome drink for hotel members. Okay, I like green tea.

Hotel location is far back… almost 20+min walk to reach shopping street at namba… didn’t expect the location so far back… don’t book this hotel if location is important to you Room size is good… bed is firm but pillows is really thin… stack 2 pillow still low for me Breakfast is ok… not much Jap breakfast, but do have Thai food since it’s a Thai hotel

This is a good hotel within walking distance from Namba Station in Osaka. Guest room is modern, comfy and spacious. Highly recommended for all of you who is looking for reasonably priced new modern hotel with spacious guest rooms.

My recent stay at Centara Grand Hotel Osaka was nothing short of perfect. The hotel's restaurant offered a great selection of dishes with excellent service. And this hotel truly sets a high standard for hospitality, and I'd give it my highest praise.

Hotel was great. Good location. Service was relatively good.

Had a good stay. Booked the corner room with city view. Worth the price I paid for it. Don’t need go observatory tower. It’s abit far to the subway but food and shopping is just across the road, therefore the walk to the subway don’t feel tedious. The French restaurant, Kunsei Kitchen, definitely worth to dine there. From food to service, 5 stars. Though it’s not Michelin rated, it’s at Michelin’s standard. The gym and the room amenities, it’s not a 5-star standard. If we are comparing the stars of hotels. Staff services, definitely is prompt and very good, but not at 5-stars standard since it’s supposed to be 5-stars hotel. More on a 4-stars standard.

Great view from the room. It is very close to the shopping malls and the hospitality is great. Will definitely be back again.

Location is good, near Namba station. The room is just nice for family(1 double bad and double-deck bed for kids).

Around 5-10 min walk from train station via Namba park, so it’s a bit quiet compare to hotels above the station, yet easy for carrying luggage. Not many options for breakfast near the hotel.

The room is very big and clean. Service is very good as well. The hotel is next to Namba Park and many restaurants around. Will definitely be back again when we're back to Osaka!

Staff are friendly, professional, very helpful. Good English. I can notice most of the guests are non Japanese. the room design, the washing basin is outside the bathroom and no carpet, is not what I expected from a 5star hotel in Japan.
