Please have at least 4 pillows in the room as the pillows are so flat. I will stay again when I visit Osaka.Convenient for us.Yes its next to the red light district,but we never had to walk through it to get to anywhere.The studio apartment is big for Japan standard, can accomodate another queen size bed next to the existing queen bed.I like the fact that a local suparmarket is just 4 mins away. I also like that we can walk through covered pathways through a local market around 10mins to the subway station.Very useful when raining.Very local area, get to see part of the real Osaka rather than just the tourist/nice side of osaka city.We felt safe in the area.

Good stay at RTI, check  in process isn’t difficult.  The room is clean and big. There is nothing dangerous at red lamp area. We walk around, only found men to walk around too. Going to the other side, there are many Karaoke shops, many people inside the shops. Safe to walk. 

There was a false alarm and evacuation and since no staff exists onsite no one was able to communicate to anyone until the fire team got here Service is non existent It is not a hotel it is a hostel Location is scary to get to at night No matter which station You literally have a sign in the lift warning you to not go to the RED LIGHT district, it’s not even just there the whole streets are abandoned save for some Elderly who still keep their retro stores open there is no restaurants near by it’s mostly local Izakayas and you’ll need to stroll further and walk to feel safer Its complicated and you can’t really go out at night it’s dead quiet The room is clean and lovely Except the perfume from previous guess on the quilt smelt like strawberry lip balm The beds are so firm I did not sleep a full night at all The kitchen is a bonus but again it’s not a hotel The laundry is outside so on winter it is freezing And needs to be paid for The balcony is nice but if you don’t use aircon use the quilts and thermal to keep warm the room gets really cold quickly I was on 7th floor I don’t like the automatic check in process it was complicated after a late night flight

Good location, clean rooms and easy enough check in. Fits in with the price.

FOUND BED BUG ON MY BED This has me questioning how good the hygiene is maintained in this hotel. Location is not so great either. 15mins walk from JR Tennoji station. Also the hotel is right next to Tobita Shinchi, the largest ******* in Osaka. Not recommended for more than 2 people in the same room, as the room is extremely small.

The stay would be fine for a couple of days, but if you're planning to stay more than a week, I'd reconsider. They did a "midway" clean, but there was still hair everywhere, and the bathroom was barely touched. It’s literally right next to the red light district, so expect some noise and the crowd that comes with it. They also promised to refund one of my nights but were completely incompetent about it—I had to keep following up, and in the end, it just never happened. The room itself is okay—not terrible—but with everything else considered, I wouldn’t go back.

The hotel is located quite conveniently, you can walk to several metro stations. The apartment is quite spacious and has everything you need for accommodation, there are many minimarkets nearby, and the view is nice. Highly recommend. 

Absolutely amazing hotel! The location is just perfect and the hotel was so clean and nice. We really enjoyed our stay here very much.

It’s a 7-10 minute walk from the metro station, but it’s a great deal for a short stay. The apartment-style room is equipped with a mini pantry, making it really convenient. I absolutely loved my stay here!

Nice place with resonable price, clean area, but location is not close to metro.

The hotel key and the price is really matched and balanced, if you want to stay in Osaka is one of the best hotels to stay in and also not that expensive, and things high quality and good clean standard.

The emplacement is really nice, as it’s walking distance to Shinsekai. I didn’t relate to some comment saying it’s a bit unsafe, we came home pretty late and still felt quite safe. There is no “human reception” but we had a problem and press the button for help and someone came. The room is really spacious, there is a balcony, the toilet is separate, the only problem was a smell coming from one of the cupboards (like water coming up)

Little hidden gem for single male travelers.Self check in for more privacy.  Location is close to shopping mall, restaurants, bars, train stations, everything. Room was immaculate and amnities were simple. Only improvement is wish they provided more pillows and wished they had YouTube/ Netflix. Reading the instruction manual provided in the room will help a lot.
