🚅Before we go to hotel, we are worried how to get to hotel easily with luggage & children. Hotel suggested from Kansai International Airport (KIX), take the Nankai Line to Shin-Imamiya Station and get off at the West Exit (north side). It’s a bit confusing & misleading, we took extra 10 mins walk go around at late night. It’s best to go out of East exit, walk across the road to the opposite big shopping mall, keep right walk on the main road, turn right to the first gate, hotel is just on your right! Very convenient 😁.  We arrived around 9pm & would like some restaurant tips from reception who couldn’t answer us in English. However, there were Japanese leaflets only. It would be nicer to have English leaflets too.  係關西機場可以直接坐地鐵到🚝新今宮站，在東出口過對面馬路，在右手邊沿着巨型的大商場行，見到右手邊有一個入口，右手邊就是酒店。第一次到，晚上花了一點時間才走到酒店。 酒店附近有很多廿四小時的燒肉店，Lawson，免稅的藥房記得要帶Passport，買滿一萬Yen又可以有折扣。我發現去藥房最好喺大阪心齋橋購物，買滿10,000円仲有七折！喺京都只有3%折扣😆。 最驚喜的是，酒店轉右手邊走2分鐘就是Spa World 溫泉酒店！我們付費到小朋友游泳池玩了1小時，再 Spa 🧖♀️ 享受了新加坡、峇里、傳統日式，不同風格的溫泉！ 🗼酒店左手邊直行一抬頭就看見通天塔，實在太方便！ 🐯🦧🦓🦒在酒店的右手直行就是天王寺動物園！滿足我們多個的願望！ 我取消了，本來在市中心商場的酒店預約。希望住在比較清靜及食肆方便的酒店，讓大人和小朋友都可以輕鬆一點！ 酒店前最近的是動物園前站，可以直接到心齋橋、難波、梅田站參觀景點。

Likes: The room and especially the bathroom is very very clean. The staff has limited English but enough to communicate. About 5 mins walk to JR line Shin Imamiya and Sakaisuji line trains. Just a 10mins train ride to Namba and Shinsaibashi the main touristy area. Umeda is a bit further like 25mins. Amenities such as toothbrush and lotion available at the lobby. Many many eateries around the hotel, and also convenient stores like Daily yamazaki and Family mart is really close by. There is vending machines on floor 1,4,7 if you want a quick drink. Dislikes: When I first reached it was a bit confusing to reach the hotel when coming out the Shin imamiya station. There is a lot of Chinese tourist and these barbarians open their room door and make a lot of noise, if so unlucky you got the same floors as them. Count your lucky stars if you don't. Breakfast is kinda same every morning and it's boring after 2 days lol. Limited choice but nutritious.

Everything is good and clean. We can get what amenities that we need from lobby so no waste. There is laundry room at lobby for around 600yen to wash and dry. Just be careful to not lose your key as you will get fine1000yen.

Recommend to stay here due to very near to namba station which is their CBD’s area and it is very clean

A budget hotel that has a good location. We actually requested a booking of a room with two single beds, but we were told it ran out and it’s full when we arrived. We end up only have a one-bed room and a very crammed night. Not a good experience because there’s no flexibility of giving any room upgrade.

Love it near to Mega Donki Daiso and Shinsekai Tower!! will come back again!

Very good location - very near the Metro and JR train stations .Staff are patient , helpful and knowledgeable. Room was spacious and a lot of amenities .Right next to the famous Spa World and Tsutenkaku ,Shinsekai Area and Tennoji Zoo . Nearby hv Maruhan ******** play area and Don Tax- free building . Highly recommended !

A very good hotel with many Japanese style restaurants around downstairs. The location is so convenient and only 10 to 12 minutes walk from the subway station. The staff in the counter is very friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel staying experience was great and certainly will stay again next time.

Great hotel! The staff are decent, they know English. we booked a standard class room. the rooms are quite spacious (there is a place to turn around and put your suitcases). good transport accessibility. I went to Osaka as a tourist for the first time, the impressions are positive.

Love everything of the hotel.. location, cleanliness.. room size suite solo traveller or even couple who doesnt hv many luggage.. 1 large luggage is still hv suffice space to walk..

Had stay there 6nights. Overall everything is good. Location is quite convenient also, walk 5mins able to reach red line Metro station, and donki. We request for birthday & proposal deco they have did something for us also. Their customer service reply promptly and able to solved my emergency issue too. Just that I feel the dustbin all too small, moreover they will only clean the room every 3 days, so that’s a bit not convenient and unhygienic. Even the lobby dustbin also full every day. I think this need to be improved.

Traveled with a friend and stayed for 11nights, overall room size is Abit small for 2 people but everything else I would say is perfect. Room is clean and quiet(my room was on the 7th floor), hotel location is quite convenient also nearest station is dobutsuen Mae station takes only about 3mins walk. Would stay again if visiting Osaka next time

Nice cosy room at a good location at an affordable price. Breakfast spread was good for the price. Room cleaning was done on third day of stay but towels and trash can be change every day. They provide pyjamas for ur stay too, so one less clothing to bring 😄
