The location is excellent, very close to the train station. The room is spacious. However, I was disappointed as all the cooking utensils was damaged. I can’t use them at all. The frying pan and cooking pot were all scratched. I bought the food for dinner but I was unable to cook. Also, there was a table in the room, but no chairs. I sent email to request change of the cooking utensils, but no response. Later, I found their contact from the check in tablet. I WhatsApp the administrator and they responded very quickly. They put the pot, the pan and 2 chairs outside my room the next day. Overall, I’m satisfied with their service and will stay here again next time.

大廳、走廊和電梯都很臭，不知道哪裡來的臭味，每次都要屏住呼吸！入住當天下午14點30到民宿，天氣太熱又帶着孩子，微信詢問客服是否能稍微提前入住，客服回覆要確認下房間是否打掃完畢，然後……呵呵就沒有然後了！到了15點後掃碼開鑰匙盒，發覺房間鑰匙早就在裏面了！ 房間裝修挺新，周圍交通也方便，還有3家超市

鄰近地鐵站（天下茶屋），有超市，停車場，拉麵店，燒肉，民生區，也可以採購食材回來自制，環境乾淨，唯有熱水不夠熱，只有入住第一天供應毛巾和水

雖然入住時發生意外，就是只給鎖圈沒門匙，但很快給處理能夠成功入住。另外床褥太軟，好在還有客廳梳化可以睡。暖氣就不太夠暖，只足夠客廳，就算打開門還是冷（已是三月尾入住）。整體都設備都好好。

整體感覺良好，樣樣稱心滿意，客服跟進快速，好天的早上又可以睇日出，下次再嚟大阪旅行一定會在住宿考慮之列第一位。

地理位置非常方便，從天下茶屋站出來走五分鐘就會到 附近有蠻多便利商店，還有一家大超市，超市二樓有藥妝店，機能真的很棒。晚上也不會吵雜，很安靜。 房間乾淨，微波爐冰箱洗衣機等家電設備俱全，連住四晚覺得非常舒適，下次再來大阪絕對會再來住。

舒適方便，離天下茶屋站很近，離岸里站也近，逛累了下車很快就到家。天下茶屋站旁就有藥妝店及超市，家附近還有好吃的拉麵店。

酒店離天下茶屋站大約5-10分鐘, 沿途有便利店和超市, 也有一些食肆, 十分方便, 房間大, 有微波爐洗衣機等設施, 性價比高
