In a quite suburbian area. Not much nearby, so always have to walk out around 10min to get around.. for the price though the room size is reasonable.. self check in and out is easy enough. good you can also store your luggage in foyer as well if needed. budget friendly.

WiFi is not good at all, super slow. Rubbish bin can be bigger. The room was big enough for three people. The toothbrush 🪥 was not comfortable. But this price was affordable.😉

Very clean facilities. Self checkin and checkout with tablets provided. Room was very well equipped with washer included. There is no parking on site.

Japan hotel rooms are typically small. But this is a great find for big group who wanted to stay in Namba. Near Mega Don Quijote, Daiso and Shin Imamiya Train Station

The location is a bit far from daikokucho and shin imamiya. But the room is a plus point, bigger than normal hotel in Japan. Suitable for families staying together. The shampoo,bodywash n conditioner are Pola brand which is good, even the dishwashing liquid they using a Kao brand. At night u can do the laundries and hang in the toilet coz equipped with dryer. Or maybe u can hang at the balcony. Asked a few refill for shampoo and other amenities,they also sent the towels every 2 days and hang outside the room. U can just put yr trash outside the room and they will come and collectted it aft u notified them thru email. They are very kind and friendly. Will comeback and stay again if i go Osaka next time.

Took the room with 2 queen sized beds. room was Clean. Spacious. Had a washing machine which was useful. Cons were no food / restaurants nearby. No gym or pool facilities. WiFi was bad, very lag and often cut off. Early check out at 10am.

Place is quiet and nice. Room is clean. Its not very big room. But able to open up 4 big luggages and place on floor. Area is near to 2 stations. Around 5 min walkable distance. :)

Checking in was easy and access in and out is easy. Room is large and comfortable with facilities that are very nice for a family vacation for a longer period, but as our stay was just for 2 nights, we didn't use them. The price is very reasonable.

We enjoyed our perfect 2 nights at Osaka. The hotel was perfectly clean and perfectly equipped. Easy to reach Nanba and Umeda by metro line. We will stay here again when we visit Osaka next time.

The location is convenient to connect to the subway and train main lines. It's convenient to travel to the Kansai Airport. Inside the room there's a kitchen and all kitchen stuff is ready for usage. The room/bathroom/toilet are all spacious and very clean. The only thing not quite satisfied is that no on-site staff can help if you need more supplies. There's no coffee/tea in the room，neither at the lobby. The emergency number is never able to be picked up no matter day or night. The only chance I can request is when I can catch the cleaning staff when you go out the hotel during the cleaning hours after 11:00am in the morning.

The hotel is located between 3 stations, 4 subway stations and 1 airport transfer station. Location is not on the main road, surrounded by schools and subway tracks nearby but it is rather quiet and peaceful. This is a self-check-in hotel. I encountered a slight hiccup (technology related) while checking in but both the hotel and Trip.com racing to assist me. It was done swiftly. Thank you both. No room cleaning during my 5 days stay but they provide new towels and amenities for us. Although I didn't see any of the personnel of the hotel but I was assisted when I encountered a problem with the capsule toy machine at their lobby and they sent a personnel over! I am truly amazed. This is what I called superb customer service and professionalism. Highly recommended to all.

Although this hotel is self check in the response to emails was extremely fast and everyone I spoke to was very accommodating. The area is a bit out of the way so that was the only down side to staying in this particular hotel, however there are others of the same mystays brand which are in better locations.
